Alan strides in confidently and slams the heel of his foot into the demon's ribs. The demons preternatural defenses reduce the damage, but it's still hurt.
Wreck joins the fun with a wicked swing 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (6) + 18 = 24 that connects solidly for DMG: 1d12 + 23 ⇒ (12) + 23 = 35.
The demons react by rushing in to assault the Pathfinders:

But they ALL miss! The demon in the doorway casts a spell that has no visible effect, but Requires a Will Save DC 19 from all of the good guys:

Galdur's first hit doesn't seem to faze the demon at all, his second does a bit more, but still not much. Meanwhile Shulur'De does a better job of hurting the fiend. Alan then steps up and increases the pressure scoring two solid hits. I made a few 5' step assumptions to warrant full attacks. Feel free to check and redo them. Omrax completely destroys the first demon with one swing and nearly eviscerates the second.
Wreck, then baddies. (I'll give Wreck some time in case his machine is up and running.)

Alan, there are no baddies within a 5' step. Your first hit would hit. I'll let you keep it, just tell me where you're going.
Shulur steps forward and slams open a pathway through the demon. While the hit didn't hurt THAT badly, it does drive the demon a fair amount backwards. AoO: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (5) + 14 = 19. Galdur also scores a hit, but the damage is minimal.
This is an incubus demon. It lacks any particularly fantastic abilities outside of a few spell like abilities. It has some resistance to magic, and resists wounds that are not caused by Good or Cold Iron.

The morlock immediately begins chattering in Undercommon Does anyone speak it?
The human identifies herself as Marianix Karn. She seems deeply relieved to have a Pathfinder rescue party here. She starts talking rapidly, looking to get as much information out as possible, as if she's unsure how long she has...
"A recent tremor opened up a sealed section of Rachikan, revealing sealed door that may lead to the personal tomb of Rachikan’s last ruler, Severina Helsprex. It not only caught the attention of the Antheneaum and Pathfinder Society, but it also caused the fiendish essence trapped within the behemoth golem to let out a psychic bellow that was heard by a former servant of Helsprex. A kalavakus demon named Irorstikal arrived and has become obsessed with excavating the newly revealed site. Not knowing where to begin, the demon enslaved a powerful morlock and used her as puppet to help dominate many of her kin. He captured many of the Chelish archaeologists from the Antheneaum and used the morlocks to subdue the hellknights that tried to mount a rescue. Now archaeologists and morlocks work side-byside to free the behemoth golem so that Irorstikal might claim the trophy as his own."

Sorry guys. I'll get to post tonight or tomorrow.
Dungeon Master S |
As you are conversing with Karn, Bogipfen enters the room. The translation is ...tricky, but you get a feel for the morlock's thoughts. The morlock prisoner is suspicious of humans, even though you saved him. Bogipfen manages to get some kind of promise out of him. "You save Agajprak, but he scared still. He say other morlocks not stuck are summoning own golem to fight. Take 1 more day."
Karn on the other hand is quickly regaining her wits. "Pathfinders. There are a squad of hellknights below. They may, or may not, be happy to see who their rescuers are. I think you'll get one shot at convincing them to help. They musn't know of my allegiance. "
Galdur XXI |
"Thank you Bogipfen. Is he scared of us or someone else? Where are the morlocks stuck? Who do the morlocks plan to fight with this golem?
Galdur offers a scroll of comprehend languages if the conversation looks like it will go on for a while.
someone else want to talk to the Pathfinder?
Omrax the Bold |
Omrax will continue to talk to the female pathfinder.
"So the golem and Hellknights are below? How far and any other prisoners with them? Do they need rescue or are they working with the morlocks or the demon?"
Dungeon Master S |
"He is scared of everyone not morlock." (Someone can make a diplomacy check to calm him down."[/b]
"I don't know if there is a golem with the prisoners, but they do need rescue. Not all Hellknights are bad. Many of us are not. Please rescue them. If you can sway them to our cause, ever better."
