Grym charges forward with Serethial, the battle cry SARENRAE! erupting forth as he puts all his forward momentum into the swing:

Holding his staff once again in a 2-handed grip, a greenish mist forms itself into a huge sword around the staff, then flies up at the Queen. the wizard whips his staff in a mighty swing, and the sword mimics the strike...

High is always good for the player. It's just easier that way otherwise we get some THAC0/BBLG level confusion. Looking at the map now though, I'm not sure how Sandor got there. There's no clean line for a charge. He can move into place though, so take your -2 to AC back as it was a miss anyway.
Sandor charges in but when he snaps his arm, the queen is somehow a few feet to the side of where he expected her to be!
The red queen vanishes and reappears out of sight from Ferox, and a fair distance from Serithiel. At the exact same time the purple queen unleashes another one of the atonal cacophonous chords with her voice. Spell Penetration: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (19) + 18 = 37 Those in the purple radius must make a Will DC 30 or have a 50% chance to use their most deadly attack options on the closest target, friend or foe. This is an enchantment (compulsion) [mind-affecting, sonic] effect Morrigna Save: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (7) + 16 = 23 .... uh oh.
Finally the crown itself flashes and The Red Queen lowers herself to the floor!

Gaius moves with all due haste to The Herald's side.
The Herald buzzes about in her Giant Wasp form and moves to BULL RUSH the red queen into the Prismatic Wall.

Odric slashes with unreasonable skill and power. Twice his blade passes through thin air where the queen should have been.
Twice though, he connects. The second hit severs most of her upper torso. She too collapses into a pile of bloody snow.
Ferox's arrow flies true, not tricked by the spell. Mechanically the double on the ground is completely real. Ferox's spell has purged the invisible queen who is flying.
With the foe by him destroyed Grym activates his armor and flies up to meet the queen! Within his hand Serithiel veritably thrums with power!
Gaius drools, but the Herald flies into action. She tries to bull rush the Red Queen, but she rather easily twists out of the way.
The psychopomp casts a spell on Bucho again, then moves to engage the queen CCW: 4d8 + 12 ⇒ (6, 7, 4, 2) + 12 = 31

Then, he stares up at her, hatred in his eyes. He holds his staff in one hand, his other in a claw with the fingers facing down. Two green beams fire out from his staff, one at his hand and the other at the queen...

...which finds purchase through her protection. His hand, and her body, are engulfed in Morkeleb's green magical fire--and both of *these* emit their own beams. The wizard's hand fires off a beam directly above the queen, creating an exact duplicate, but much larger, above her head, and the green light extends like strings to attach to her limbs. The fire around the queen also fires a beam, which lands beneath the wizard's actual glowing hand, creating a miniature duplicate of the queen--and also creates a duplicate of the green strings, which attach themselves to the wizard's hand exactly as they did to the disembodied copy above the queen.
The wizard then starts moving his fingers and wrist as if he were an expert puppeteer, making the miniature duplicate of the queen dance in a grotesque, silly fashion. The giant hand above her mimics the wizard's movements, and the queen also starts to jerk about helplessly.
He smiles grimly up at her. You have made others dance for you for too long. NOW YOU DANCE FOR ME!!

Odric sees the gathered force surrounding the true false queen... he has felt the assaults upon his will and knows if he were to be dominated he would wreak havoc among his allies in the southeast corner.
He runs north, and leaps into the air, activating his Boots of flight midstride to hurdle the shimmering rainbow wall.
"Morkeleb, back away from me with a quickness!"
As Odric reaches the apogee of his leap, like a raptor he stoops toward the false false queen. The Kegerator slices downward in concert with Odric's near-freefall descent.

Your slash was incredibly precise, but the queen takes the hit like nothing happened. You can see now that this queen is COMPLETELY fake, an illusion spell designed to draw your attention away. The realization brings literal clarity as you can see through the illusion to the wall behind her! Yeah it's a standard to start flying.
Enemy summary:
Purple: NW corner. At this point you now know this version to be an illusion, though spells HAVE originated from it.
Red Ground: On the ground directly under the other red (hence the singular mini.) The reality and status of this one is unknown to most.
Red Flying: 30' over the other red. Ferox's spell foils her invisibility. She's just now overcoming her dancing yet somehow was able to cast another mirror image spell... There are currently 9 images and one real queen.

For all the good it's doing, Morkeleb's Sword continues its mindless assault on the image.

The wizard then strides up to his wall, and through it as if it weren't there. He fixes his gaze upon the flying Queen, and casts Greater Dispel magic (using Bonded Item ability) to try to remove as many dweomers as he can!
POINT OF ORDER/QUESTION: does a dispel check count as a skill check for purposes of Greater Heroism or Prayer? I'll assume "no" but feel free to add as many as +5 if I'm wrong.

Though he spoke of events he had neither experienced nor witnessed, Harold was completely immersed in the tale. Perched precariously on the mantle over The Keg & Eagle's hearth to mimic Thorgrym's flight, the fabled herald continued his enthusiastic retelling of the epic battle in the Sunken Queen five years ago to the day.
With his usually animated face doing a surprisingly convincing stoic grimace so characteristic of Grym, Harold pantomimed a spectacular slash and stab, followed by a quick feint and another set of heroic attacks with the incredible blade Serethial and the Ranger's storied dagger, Sharkslayer.
As the other heroes of the Upturned Cup supported his attacks with steel and spells, Sir Grym pressed his attack! Blood sprayed from the usurper's wounds and her scowl arced through with very real pain, as her evil soul itself was cut by Sir Grym's blessed blade.
As an aside, as though imparting a secret to the rapt young mage at his left knee, These wounds would not heal as her others had!
The herald described Grym's swordplay in detail based on the descriptions he had heard from his Leige Lord Odric dozens of times across many score of ales. He told of Bucho's mad charge toward the simulacrum on the ground, to support his Master's airborne attack.
The common room was noisy this night, as it was most nights, but even the regulars who had heard this tale many times, listened with pleasure at Harold's retelling this night. Beer and spirits flowed freely, and as was usually the case, the ladies in attendance found themselves quite... stimulated... by these tales of heroism and sacrifice. Suffice it to say, Serethial and Sharkslayer were not alone in their wetness.

Ferox looks to knock out the remaining fake queens as quickly as he can. His last arrow goes completely wide, but the first few volleys seem to be on target.
10 is real: 1d10 ⇒ 5 Image destroyed
9 is real: 1d9 ⇒ 9 HIT!
9 is real: 1d9 ⇒ 6 Image destroyed
8 is real: 1d8 ⇒ 3 Image destroyed
In a heartbeat 3 images are obliterated, leaving plenty of queens to target. Still blood pours from the wound!
Finally, after all this, Serithiel comes into play against what MUST be the real queen.
The first swing 7 is real: 1d7 ⇒ 3 catches an image. Sharkslayer quickly destroys one as well. The Blade comes back and 6 is real: 1d6 ⇒ 5 and destroys another! Alas the Sharkslayer straight misses on the last.
the Psychopomp speaks calmly, "You will not escape this." A green ray escapes from her hand, Ranged Touch: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (3) + 22 = 25 and it simply destroys an image.
Mork's Sword misses wide, as the wizard strikes with a spell! The purple and fake red queen vanish! Bits of stone also fall away from her body, breaking the Stoneskin!
There are but 3 queens left, and Sandor knows which one is real.
