            Things have settle out at work and I just had a 14 hour nap so gonna get back into it.
You notice the stinger on it's tail is slowly regenerating. You get the feeling that it can use it's ranged attack very often and that using it actually weakens his melee attack until it fully regenerates.

            Hey! These crystals are valuable. I bet I can get at least 500 gp for them, if you don't scar them up. Anyway, I'd wager we won't find another of these. Its a choker's den. This was, well just random. At least I think so.

            Sure dio, also the ships quartermaster is willing to buy and sell goods and has all kinds of items on hand. Including clw healing potions (50 gold each), a handy haversack (2000gp), a cracked rose prism ioun stone (+1 init 500 gp), wand of clw (750 gp), pearl of power (1st level, 1000gp) and all standard gear (backpack ropes, grappling hooks, rations, torches ect...He may give you a better or worst price depending on what you have to trade.
