Fight at the Museum - Round 2: Conditions Dark
Firinn, Lorenna (Invisibility)
Green (dead)
Terry
Khaz, Red (-23)
Jocasta <---
Khaz smashes his mace into the the Demon, Firinn and Terry both loose Arrows it to it but the Demon remains standing.
The Demon turns on Terry Biting at him, swinging a claw at each Khaz and Jocasta.
Bite Terry: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 221d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Claw Jocasta: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 211d4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Claw Khaz: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 171d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Terry's Armor parts as the bite wounds him leaving an ugly scar, Jocasta takes a blow from a claw along her exposed neck
DM Raltus
Mutilation (Su)
An abrikandilu’s bite causes horrific and hideous wounds that not only mar beauty but supernaturally diminish a creature’s sense of self-worth. A creature bitten by an abrikandilu must succeed at a DC 13 Fortitude save or gain a –1 penalty on all Charisma-based checks. This penalty stacks, up to a –5 penalty, and it lasts even after the wounds are healed. The penalty slowly fades with time, diminishing by 1 every 24 hours until it reaches 0.
DM Raltus

Weaknesses hatred of mirrors
3. how well can they see in the dark?

Terry the thief
Assuming it 5' stepped to Firrin's vacated position, I start by flanking w/ Khaz. As will Lorena.
Fort DC13: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Terry hopes he can put this blade to good use . . ..
Rapier w/ Flank: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 7 + 2 = 11
Cold Iron w/ Sneak: 1d6 + 3 + 2d6 ⇒ (1) + 3 + (3, 5) = 12
Dicebot really hates Terry.
Lorena.
Mirrors, eh? Oh well, I don't think any of us have one. Let's continue to skip my turn. It's almost down, I think, so not much point in getting involved now.
Khaz Cloudbreaker
Hit: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28
Damage: 1d6 + 13 ⇒ (2) + 13 = 15
Confirm: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15 17 with flank
Crit: 1d6 + 13 ⇒ (3) + 13 = 16
Khaz brought his mace down squarely between the demon’s eyes. Even if it wasn’t made of cold iron, the blow was a skull-breaker. He couldn’t imagine anything staying standing after that.
Lorena.
Not much need, when Khaz is doing stuff like that. :P
Jocasta Riverwood
Jocasta seems a bit surprised that her demonic foe dropped to her weak slash, but she sidesteps past the fallen body to make more room as she maneuvers to strike at the next one. She lashes out just a few seconds after Khaz's devastating blow - probably a pointless effort, really.
Dueling sword attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
Dueling sword damage (cold iron): 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
DM Raltus
Ya I will just end it after that
The combined efforts of the group drop the final demon, the smell of decay is a bit over powering. Two bodies lay dead and mutilated on the ground, scraps of books and other items lie all over the ground. Searching around you find a Morning Star leaning against the wall.
A +1 Morning Star that is Adamantine
Khaz Cloudbreaker
With a grim look on his face Khaz moved what was left of the bodies towards the wall and covered the remains with a cloak. ”We’ll ensure they are properly buried after we finish this. But until then I hope this keeps their remains away from any further depravity.”
Jocasta Riverwood
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28
Jocasta pauses to make sure there are no many other threats, then she scours the room for other clues or useful items. Upon noting the odd mace she gestures and casts detect magic, then raises an eyebrow.
"This mace is enchanted. It's also adamantine! A very valuable weapon."
DM Raltus
Terry Checks the next door over.
Perception: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 9 + 1 = 19
Feeling confident that it is not Trapped. Moving in to the next room a door is striaght a head and one to the left, Checking the door to the left.
Perception: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 9 + 1 = 14
Again he feels it isn't trapped
The door to the North
Perception: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 9 + 1 = 20
Terry finds it is not trapped.
Which way are you going? North or East?
Khaz Cloudbreaker
Khaz didn’t know why...but he wanted to go left. So left he went!
DM Raltus
Sorry I used the Power of Terry to progress the story a bit quicker so we didn't get Hung up.
Terry Tries the handle on the door, it only opens a sliver before sticking where it is.
You feel it is probably Barred from the other side.
As the Door Rattles a bit with Terry Trying to open it the door to the north Opens and a Tiefling looks like he is pushed out.

Khaz felt the blade scrape off of his armor. He was just as surprised as the enemy, only he was much slower to react. The question now was, would the tiefling live long enough for Khaz to even return the blow?
Terry the thief
Zero stress. I just wanted to poke at you a little bit. Perfect step for moving things forward a bit.
As the teifling shuffles a bit, Terry pulls his rapier and tries to adjust things a bit. Uncertain as to Lorena's position, and not seeing any good flanking partners for now, he doesn't move, but simply strikes from in front of the barred doorway.
Rapier: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Cold Iron Piercing: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
"Door's barred from the inside. Looks like that one might be in a minute, too."
Lorena.
Sorry, lost internet unexpectedly after a power surge fried our router last week and I'm just getting back in the swing of things now.
After the museum room is cleared, Lorena makes sure to call out and let the others know that she hasn't run away...yet, at least. She follows along from the shadows as the group moves on, coming to the barred door. Being too close to the tiefling emerging from the other door to use her weapon, she instead strikes out at him with her claws, catching him unaware in the side as she fades back into view.

DM Raltus
Spear can be dropped or you could swing the same claw twice I would say
Lorena tears into the Tiefling twice, leaving deep clawed gouges, Terry Finishes him off with a pointed strike of his Rapier.

Dmg: 1d6 + 13 ⇒ (5) + 13 = 18
Tripping over the dead tiefling, Khaz went for the last for standing.
Terry the thief
I moved him to the point where the graphics suggest he's going to get attacked from the side. I see the bottoms of their squares poking out from the white block. I figure once they swing, he can indicate if he wants to attack them back or move on to the target he saw and claimed.
DM Raltus
Two weapons come out from the west side as Khaz Charges in.
Gauntlet: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 211d4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Glaive: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 71d10 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
The Gauntlet connects but the Glaive going around another person misses, Khaz's blow is turned aside as well from the punch to the side of the head.
The Magenta tabarded "Knight?" backs away from Khaz a Glaive in his hand as well.
"Deskari lend me your destruction to bring down upon this vile Paladin." THe man shouts.
Bleeding Strike.
Magic Quickly infuses the man's weapon as it snakes out towards Khaz.

Red: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 61d10 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Both of the other "Knights?" do the same as the man before them.
The Tiefling pulls out a vial and throws it at Khaz.
Ranged Touch: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 83d6 + 2 ⇒ (6, 4, 5) + 2 = 17
This is fire dmg, ok so a DC 14 reflex save to avoid the 5 flat dmg
Khaz Cloudbreaker
Ref: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Khaz took the blow, parried the second, and dodged the vial. ”Come at me! Saves me the effort of hunting ye rats down.”
Terry the thief
Hey, Red and Tiefling both took actions in DM Raltus' post! That means Lorena and I should be up!
Terry moves into the room, and then attempts to tumble past the glaives into a potentially safer location . . ..
Acrobatics (Tumble through Threatened Square) DC=CMD+4, it appears: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12 OW! I might not make it across the room. I may be on the ground at Khaz's feet. In case I'm not . . ..
Once he reaches his destination, Terry attempts to stick Red.
Rapier: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
Piercing Cold Iron: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Confirm?: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14 Hmmmm . . .. Indications are Khaz's 14 missed, so . . ..
Crit bonus damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7 Up to 16 points, with no Sneak dice!
"Come on in! That should have cleared the way!"
Once they got their readied attacks in, did Khaz want to continue on to Red, or turn to one of the others? I stopped him where I did because when I saw the squares, I figured they had readied, not because I thought he was stopping.
Khaz Cloudbreaker
He stops, I think? Wouldn’t want to take all those AOOs. Would be still get to attack someone?
This round
Hit the tiefling who manages to damage me: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
Damage: 1d6 + 13 ⇒ (1) + 13 = 14
One of the tieflings had the audacity to wound Khaz. So the paladin put his mace into the fallen one’s chest.
Lorena.
Seeing as her spear has been ineffective in the close quarters of the building, Lorena sets it down in the corner and covers herself in divine energy before moving into the room next to Khaz.
cast Divine Favor: +2 luck bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls for 1 min

If Khaz stopped where he is he cannot attack anyone plus you missed with a 14. Terry you did go you stabbed the unlucky tiefling who got pushed out

Terry Tumbles in, not as fancy as he though, Drawing the Ire of all 3 of the Glaive wielding Cultists.
Final AoO: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 61d1 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
