Horns, wings, claws, tail, and an eerie attractiveness - Lorena is often mistaken for a real succubus, never mind that real succubi would never let a mortal see them in that form. She's gotten skilled at defending herself with weapon and claw, but she prefers to cloud herself in her newfound magical darkness and flee from trouble instead if able.
Lorena's experiences with "civilized folk" have left her a highly guarded person, unable to trust and highly suspicious of anyone trying to do her any good. Unlike what many people assume, though, she isn't particularly malevolent, merely self-interested and a bit cowardly.
For as long as she's remembered, Lorena has drifted alone from place to place, never staying - or being allowed to stay - for long. She discovered her shadow magic recently as she was traveling in Ustalav, on the southern outskirts of the Worldwound, but along with those came whispers of something more sinister in her dreams. At first, Lorena assumed this was the manifestations of her demonic heritage. However, what little she can remember of them promise power beyond her comprehension if the demons of the Worldwound can be stopped - not a particularly demonic desire, as far as she can tell. Knowing she would never make a difference alone, Lorena has come to the frontline in Kenabres, hoping that she won't be run out of town again, or, worse, killed by an overzealous paladin.
