DMHW - Did you include all the modifiers on the javelin tossers? -4 for distance (Tirion is 65' which is 2 range increments at -2/range increment), -4 (shooting into combat unless they have Precise Shot)

Also, Tirion should have +4 to AC from cover (Tom and/or Mirrin) unless the raiders have Improved Precise Shot.

Based upon the above, Tirion should have been hit by the Falchion (7hp), and the nat-20 on the spear (5hp), but no confirm on either crit. Please correct me if I am wrong or if the bad guys have Precise Shot/Improved Precise Shot.

Noting that the fired missiles of his companions nearby outweigh the javelins, Lorth holds his position and waits for the spawn to assault. The mounted crusader was more than able to extricate himself from harm... and if the beasts came forward Bofus might be more able to position himself for advantageous stabbitry.
