"It's an Erinye coming out of that portal. It's a devil from the lower planes that uses a flaming bow. It's immune to fire and poison and fairly resistant to acid and cold. They have a constant true seeing spell and can teleport as well as other spell like abilities. We should really think about retreating and coming back."

"There's no chance Epik is going to retreat, but we can try to concentrate our efforts. Nemoris and Sama'el, focus on the devil, while the rest of us take out that priest."

Sea Mother's Shrine Round 21
Init: Aushanna, Mangh-Michto, Nemoris, Magma, Nowzai, Sam, Epik, Dalamus
The devil, flapping her wings lazily as she hovers 60 feet above the ground, looks around. She spies the party on the balcony and with her bow in her left hand waves her right hand at them. The entire area around Nowzai and company wavers and darkness, a cold, greasy miasma filling the air and clinging to the party. Nowzai's circle pushes at it, but it seeps through any how.
Nemoris, Nowzai, Magma, and Sam take 5d8 ⇒ (1, 6, 3, 3, 5) = 18 evil damage and are sickened for 1d4 ⇒ 1 rounds. Will Save DC21 for half damage and no sickness. A non-stacking +2 resistance bonus applies from Nowzai's circle
As Nowzai's circle fights a the miasma, the winged devil speaks with two competing voices, one melodic and harmonious and the other gutteral and cacophonous. Even if you don't understand the language, it sounds absolutely horrific.
The priest looks up at the devil and makes a series of short croaks while shaking its shoulders. It's laughing! It moves to the railing at the top of the dais and points a finger down at Dalamus while looking at Epik and in a gutteral croaking Common voice says, "Kiiill him."
Epik Will Save DC17 to resist otherwise you must attack Dalamus with the intent to kill him ... for one round
Your turn ... not sure who Nemoris would shoot at. If he's still unable to post by the end of the weekend, I'll pick for him. Need an action from Sam as well

Also I would not have delayed and reduced my init, I would have just moved up on my turn, only so far people could have gone so I would have known roughly were we would have ended up which I am assuming is actually up by Magma, not back where you had us on the other map.
If we are indeed at the stairs by Magma I will move up to try and engage the priest, not sure I can reach him though in 21
Nemoris is in Portland this weekend, not 100% sure if he will have time to post this weekend.

On Unholy Blight - The spell deals only half damage to creatures who are neither evil nor good, and they are not sickened. Such a creature can reduce the damage by half again (down to one-quarter) with a successful Will save. So I think this applies to Magma and myself for sure, not sure about Nemoris.
So my health is actually - 59/64 (5 Non-Lethal)

Sorry for the confusion, I posted Magma's movement before I resolved his paralysis, which made me move everyone back and I just missed him in the process. So essentially no one moved forward last round at all.

I didn't notice you moved my init until this round, otherwise I would have spoken up sooner about it. I will move up in round 20 and drink my potion of Protection from Evil on the way, as far as I can while also drinking the potion.

It's fine, just if you would say something about the init transfer before it just happens I would be grateful, we had plenty of time during the rounds waiting till 20 to all just delay and move to the top of the order as well, we will have to remember to do that next time.
Tike: Ideas on what Nemoris would do? Shoot at the devil or the priest?

I concur, you all had plenty of time and like many real world scenarios, squandered a good chunk of it.
We have been playing this game long enough that I shouldn't have to reiterate basic action economy, initiative, and AoO rules EVERY time they come up. Its reasonable for me to assume that you do two things: a) read my posts and b) check the PRD or Core Rulebook before you act/don't act. If you had said something after my Round 19 post, we may have addressed it. Can't retcon 2 rounds of combat, though. Or rather, I won't.

Nemoris, seeing the new assailant and recognizing he's the best bet for harming a flying opponent, lets fly at her. One of the arrows nicks her, but although it draws nary a wince, black blood seeps from the wound.
Nowzai, Magma, and Sam move forward. Magma throws a burst of healing first washing the small group with minor repair and Nowzai calls forth a concentrated spear of sound which bolts forward hitting the stout frogman high priest. And while the high whip shrugs off a chunk of it, he's still staggered by the powerful spell.
Is Sam still drinking the potion or doing something else nowt that the party is moving forward ... I'm also assuming he left the other potion behind for Nemoris?

Even if we can just get that priest to come up to us here could turn the tide, but we might be bring the entire site down on us if we stay. We either have to go all in now, or retreat and rest and come back better prepared."

I can't seem to find the rule, but I know I have read that I can hold a touch spell once I cast it until I use it. Is that just a standard rule or something the Magus can do or do you need me to spend more time looking for that rule?

Touch Spells and Holding the Charge
In most cases, if you don't discharge a touch spell on the round you cast it, you can hold the charge (postpone the discharge of the spell) indefinitely. You can make touch attacks round after round until the spell is discharged. If you cast another spell, the touch spell dissipates.
Round 21 Action - I will cast Shocking Grasp and hold it with the intent if anything gets close to me I will smack it.

The devil flies over to the middle of the room above Nemoris and heaves her rope at him ... and then flies back to her spot by the statue. The rope twists and twines as it falls. The rope with a mind of it's own, attempts to entangle Nemoris as the she-devil moves away.
The priest leaps the railing landing near Epik and twists his ankle on the landing, but is able to recover and move to Epik to engage.
Nemoris fires at the devil just twice, trying to disentangle himself in the process. (Resolve save to hit or not)
Nemoris Reflex Save DC20 or be entangled (-2 hit/-4 Dex and spellcasting/movement restrictions)
Magma casts a protection spell and moves toward the fight as the others pull away. Nowzai sighs and chases the stonechilde with a blast from his wand which vibrates from the excessive use and sheds light for a few moments longer but holds together (note that uses 5 charges, Nowzai)
Sam casts a spell and guards the top of the stairs as Epik and Dalamus make a fighting withdrawal only moving about 20 feet through the thick water. The paladin heals himself on the way.
