Nemoris: Need a 19 Dex to take Improved Precise Shot (and that's a 19 Dex without magical enhancement). Everything else looks fine.
Nowzai: I haven't been updating your spell book accurately. Can you send me the 7 divination spells that you learned for your prereq to Loremaster, so I can make the red flag go away. Also, I'm showing you short two languages still (from the headband). Found the feat I am missing.

I am thinking about casting true strike on myself in round 1 and moving to an angle I can attempt to bull rush the lich out of the fire and to the ground. Anyone have any problems with that or any suggestions? I will be at a +32 CMB

Also Epik I am going to try and bullrush the lich down to you the next round if you kill the thing on you, Magma, try and get over there too as long as you won't get Nowzai or anyone else killed by leaving them

DMFflash |

Also Dalamus. You had haste from Sam. Slow dispels that, so when you use haste from your boots, you are hosted again.
Also, you should be getting 2 attacks on a full attack (1 at -5 gained at +6 BAB) so with haste, that would be three attacks. So technically, I need a third roll.
I just realized I forgot the hidden monster actions, so I will.roll them in the next round. Will be melee attacks primarily so no major issues.
Everyone should be posting. Sam, feel free to post your action as well as discussion board posts.

I didn't want to use Silence if Dave was going to cast dispel, that would have been a waste.
Dave - you were who had rolled high on the detect magic on the fire, I have no idea if it would work, I thought you had said it would, that was the whole point of memorizing the spell I thought.

Sama'el Val'varen |

Yes, I just didn't want it to be dispelled as it's a low level spell but either way, fire out or not, having the lich not be able to cast some spells is a good thing. I am not casting it on him, so I don't think there is an SR check needed

Sama'el Val'varen |

Not from what I am reading. He only gets a will save and Sr if cast on him.
Items in a creature's possession or magic items that emit sound receive the benefits of saves and spell resistance, but unattended objects and points in space do not. Creatures in an area of a silence spell are immune to sonic or language-based attacks, spells, and effects.
Which is exactly how it played out when you cast it on us awhile ago, none of us got to save

DM Fflash |

You are partially correct, Will Saves don't apply, just Spell Resistance. Note, caster level of the wand is 3 with no stat bonus.
When Spell Resistance Applies
Each spell includes an entry that indicates whether spell resistance applies to the spell. In general, whether spell resistance applies depends on what the spell does.
Targeted Spells: Spell resistance applies if the spell is targeted at the creature. Some individually targeted spells can be directed at several creatures simultaneously. In such cases, a creature's spell resistance applies only to the portion of the spell actually targeted at that creature. If several different resistant creatures are subjected to such a spell, each checks its spell resistance separately.
Area Spells: Spell resistance applies if the resistant creature is within the spell's area. It protects the resistant creature without affecting the spell itself.
Effect Spells: Most effect spells summon or create something and are not subject to spell resistance. Sometimes, however, spell resistance applies to effect spells, usually to those that act upon a creature more or less directly, such as web.
Spell resistance can protect a creature from a spell that's already been cast. Check spell resistance when the creature is first affected by the spell.
Check spell resistance only once for any particular casting of a spell or use of a spell-like ability. If spell resistance fails the first time, it fails each time the creature encounters that same casting of the spell. Likewise, if the spell resistance succeeds the first time, it always succeeds. If the creature has voluntarily lowered its spell resistance and is then subjected to a spell, the creature still has a single chance to resist that spell later, when its spell resistance is back up.
Spell resistance has no effect unless the energy created or released by the spell actually goes to work on the resistant creature's mind or body. If the spell acts on anything else and the creature is affected as a consequence, no roll is required. Spell-resistant creatures can be harmed by a spell when they are not being directly affected.
Spell resistance does not apply if an effect fools the creature's senses or reveals something about the creature.
Magic actually has to be working for spell resistance to apply. Spells that have instantaneous durations but lasting results aren't subject to spell resistance unless the resistant creature is exposed to the spell the instant it is cast.

I think you can still use items to bump up stats for feats, spells, etc. That is a change from 3.5, but check this out:
Permanent Bonuses: Ability bonuses with a duration greater than 1 day actually increase the relevant ability score after 24 hours. Modify all skills and statistics related to that ability. This might cause you to gain skill points, hit points, and other bonuses. These bonuses should be noted separately in case they are removed.

That being said, you're right on the other part, and I still don't qualify until I am at a 19 dex. I'm working now on what to do for the other feat, I may just take Many Shot.

Nemoris |

crap, and I also screwed up manyshot on my attack.
so my 2nd attack is just a hit on ac 35 n(but no option to crit) and the 3rd attack is +10, like it should be. missed the edit by 5 minutes, or I'd have fixed it up.
Last attack is the rapid shot, so it should still be fine, but it does change the damage for DR reasons:
AC 35: 111 damage before DR, if he’s AC 30 or less then it’s 133, and 152 for AC 21 (which I’m guessing he isn’t)
