Kankai seeing Thetin surrounded would move and tumbles into G8 flanking both R7 and R8
If Red 8 Isn't dead yet she would target him but if it is she would target Red 7.

Stamping down with his right foot, Carilain whips Grimstar in a horizontal slash, aiming for the remaining crusader's neck.
The wave of holy energy having done its job he moved torwards the crusader Caralain was attacking, drawing his scimitar and slashing at it as well.
Thetin continues to try and draw the attention of the monstrosities around him, swinging at R7 to pull it away from Kankai.
Kankai's blade raises and would fall helping Thetin to finish off the creature in-between them(R7)as it was distracted by him.
If that one is already destroyed she would acrobatically move to flank R6 and strike him.

Kyra rushes forward once more to end the threat of yet another abominations!
Carilain lets out a grunt of pain. His ribs are bruised, maybe cracked by the force of the blow. Even through the haze of pain the elf keeps his wits, moving for position.
Then he swings Grimstar again, with both hands.
And Grimstar hacks down Red 1. Only Red 5 is left now.
Thetin deflects the blow from R5 with his shield and counterattacks with an overhead swing of Radiance.
Kyra's slash hacked down Red 5, assisted by Thetin.
The battle is over.
Carilain casts detect magic, then begins to look around the room.
"Endless waves upon endless waves. Let us clear this room quickly and then continue on. We waste time."
With all his allies close he nodded at sister Kyra's words. He focused and let the healing waves of positive energy wash over everyone

Kyra gratefully accepts the healing and casts one of her own spells to heal any remaining wounds. "How any mortal could want to ally themselves with *this*, I'll never know." She sweeps her arm around the room. "The sooner we end this threat, the better."
Carilain sighs as the holy light of Sarenrae restores some of his health. "Promises of power, and the lack of empathy for one's fellow beings..." The magus finishes his quick survey of the room. "There doesn't seem to be much of immediate value here now." Carilain hefts Grimstar. 'I'm with Kyra, it's time to move forward."
The only other way out of this chamber is the up stairway in the NW corner that twists ten feet up and then left out of sight.
Kankai, while everyone was healing and such would start to clean up the font in the center of the room. Such defilement unsettled her.
No god deserved this. Once that was done she would move to follow the others.
While the others heal up Thetin moves from body to body, closing their eyes and saying a quick prayer over them. Images of his friend's and family's mangled bodies attacking him fills him with dread. Thetin gives a prayer to Torag to protect his family and hopes that they are safe somewhere in Kenabres.
He then moves up to the stairs waiting for the others to form up behind him and then leads the way up the stairs.
"When we're done clearing this place, we're going to need to burn the bodies or find some other way of clearing them all." Alorah says grimly.
The work to restore this place will be quick i feel, once we clear the demons from the place. I cant imagine a crusader who would leave such a place filled with filth, I will lead the clean up myself, if I am the only one to do so. Sir Thetin if you would be so kind as to lead the way it cant be much further now.
He began patting the rod of cancellation he held to destroy the peice of the wardstones to disrupt the demons plans. . .
As Thetin stood up from administering what blessings he could to the dead and headed up the stairway, and Kankai cleaned the font, something caught your eye...
As you sluiced out the horrid dregs befouling the font with a helmet full of water, you see through the turbulence and pinkish brown fluid to see a vision.
You see Thetin cautiously climbing the narrow stairway. As he gets to the top and peeks around the next landing, your viewpoint shifted around to the other side of the opening.
You realize that the wall around which Thetin was peeking had been deliberately weakened on the other side.
Suddenly you see a massively muscled bull headed man charge into view. Crashing into the wall, he bullrushed the wall section AND Thetin across the top of the stairs and into the opposite wall of massive external masonry blocks. There is an explosion of blood as Thetin disappeared...
And you jolt back to reality. The vision is gone.
"Thetin Stop!" She called out suddenly her white feathers fluffing up at the sight.
Motioning him down quickly she moves to the group speaking quietly. "I just saw a vision. The wall right up there you would peak around has been weakened and a bull headed man rushed the wall and broke through it and hit you."
Thetin stops at Kankai's call, looking confused until Kankai explains herself.
As kankai explains, an idea strikes Thetin. "Well why don't we let it happen. I can brace my tower shield against the ground before peaking around the corner. When he comes through it'll be like hitting a wall....again. He won't be able to push me back, which leaves the rest of you primed to tear into him.
Kyra nods. "Sounds like it could work."
Be careful my friend, perhaps one of us could stand behind you to help brace just in case?
He offered.
"Wait!"Carilain quickly pronounces the Draconic words, while gesturing. Everyone has seen him cast this spell before. Usually, it causes four torch-like lights to spring into being.
Not this time. This time a glowing vaguely human shape is formed. "Let's send this in first." Carilain shrugs. "If the vision is true, we don't have the advantage of surprise anyway..."
"You were turned into mist in the vision, he is powerful." She gives fair warning as she reaches to her potion belt fingering the invisibility one.
"Let's try it." she said though she motioned to Carilain just incase what ever was up there heard them.
Her blade in one hand as she nods saying she was ready. Thinking about whose temple this was she would say a quick prayer to them to keep her fellow warriors safe.
Hanging back Alorah quietly intones a spell, laying a blessing of divine protection upon the frontliners.
Thetin waits for everyone to prepare then moves up to the corner and braces his shield towards the wall and peaks around the corner.
Kankai sighs seeing Thetin going up, but she would snap her beak and climbs the stairs but keeps about 10 feet between them. Her sword at the ready.
Once Carilain sees Thetin heading up the stairs, he sends the glowing figure ahead. If nothing else, the spell will provide illumination for those that need it.
Carilain follows closely behind Kankai.
