Bravely ran away...
GM Bigrin, how far do we go until we notice if the creatures tops following us? Or it doesn't stop following us? :D

DM Bigrin |

You rush out of the "secret" door into the entry room where you fought the ghouls and found the vials. The blasted down doors of the room weren't likely to prove enough to secure the area from the lumbering foul horror behind you. The blob moved very slowly - you could practically walk backwards and stay away from it - but something told you that it would implacably follow you.

Trihedron |

"Agreed Eva, lets try and see if we can manage to close this secret door" - Trihedron nods, keeping an eye on the creature, but putting her effort into moving the door - "Come on people, give us a hand" - she urges the others.

Tamis Thimble |

Tamis grasps the door, using all of her strength to help move the thing.
Aid Another (Str Check?): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
Can use my roll as base roll seeing as its first if we want. but based on what Trihedron had said it seems I would be more of a support roll in moving the door.

Abroshqualmie |

Abrosh looks around trying to find a way to block the door
1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25
Can we use the same wedge, but put it on the other side?

Trihedron |

Trihedron looks around the room, trying to find something that can be salvaged, and used to wedge the door shut.
Perception: 1d20 + 14 - 2 ⇒ (8) + 14 - 2 = 20

Trihedron |

DM Bigrin, did we actually manage to stuck the door closed or not?

Wesley Furfoot |

"Grab some wood and jam the skinny sides under the door. Pound them with a hammer. I have a hammer if you need one."
Wesley is too small to help.

Tamis Thimble |

Tamis grabs for the hammer, and then tries to create a jam with the wood littered around the room
Strength Check: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12

Trihedron |

Trihedron aids her sister in jamming the door as best as she can.
Strength: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10

DM Bigrin |

You pound wedges of wood and chips of stone into the tiny seams of the stone door and pray to whatever gods you hold dear that it will hold. After a few moments, the door seems to shudder with a large impact, but the wedges hold. Again the door takes a mighty blow, but again the wedges hold. This goes on for a full minute before the creature on the other side of the door appears to give up, and the hallway grows quiet once more.

bob the bard |

"I got this"
using arcane mark in every language know to BoB places this message
Toilet monster made of waste minor magic weapons, hole water, fire, and embalming fluid could not defeat it. BE-WHERE
BoB
"how does that sound"
BoB gives a small grin

Tamis Thimble |

"Regardless of the message, they should get the point. Now lets get out of here before it finds a way around that door." Tamis sternly mentions before heading back towards the hallway and the southern path.

bob the bard |

"ok Evangline if you say so but Abroshqualmie did use Fire"
Toilet monster made of waste minor magic weapons, hole water, and fire could not defeat it. BE-WHERE
BoB

Trihedron |

I like it BoB :D
Trihedron nods approvingly of the bard's warning - "Good job - now let us move out of this place - there are still unexplored paths" - she plods along after her sister, stopping by Abroshqualmie - "I am unhurt master gnome, thank you for your concern" - she nods, then moves away.

DM Bigrin |

1d20 ⇒ 12
1d20 ⇒ 7
Having blocked the dung creature in its room (for now), and wedged the door shut with wood and chips of stone, you made your way down the southern passage. It ran straight southwards for more than a hundred feet before opening into either a natural cavern, or a very roughly cut passage.
Tamis was just about to move ahead to scout out the new passage when she stopped. Something about the wall to her right wasn't right.
Hooray, stonecunning!

Tamis Thimble |

"Watch out sis, something about this doesn't feel right." Tamis mentions while closely gazing at the wall trying to determine what she sensed that was off about it.
Perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (18) + 11 = 29 +1 if it's a trap
Tamis carefully goes about the process of trying to disable the trap mechanism.
Disable Device: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (3) + 16 = 19

Trihedron |

Bigrin, is the stench still getting to us? At least now we know where it is coming from :D
So... I got a little confused there - is it a secret door, a trap, or both?

Tamis Thimble |

"Appears to be a secret door here. The last one didn't exactly lead to a treasure... do we want to try this one?" Tamis asks while inspecting the door looking for a release or opening mechanism.

Trihedron |

"Yes sister - lets go ahead" - Trihedron supports her sister, standing right behind her, bow poised to strike at any possible threat.
