Fulito ensures all are comfortable about the fire.

Now then let me begin this tale,

Long ago in this very vale there were twin dwarven brothers, they went by the names Torak and the other Lorak. They were both supurb warriors as well as great weapon smiths.

These Dwarven brothers made a name for themselves hunting the foul creatures in the surrounding vale and countryside, Torak was known for his hatred of wolves and other foul beats, and Lorak was known for his hatred of Goblins and Kobolds. The brothers never hunted alone, they were always together and worked as a team.

Their skill became legendary, some would say they nearly reached the stature of Ole Carl the Halfling dragon tamer; but that is another story.

Anyway so great was their skill at arms an skill of the forge they forged a pair of battle axes of such unique origin. Each Axe was named after its owner Torak and Lorak.

So special were these weapons that they would only function as a team to match the connection their owners had with each other.

The Axe Torak wields great magic against wolves, worgs, and other evil animals that would threaten the vale and its inhabitants. Its brother Axe held magic against Kobold, goblin, and even Dragon and their kin.

These axes would only function when wielded as a team. Otherwise the magic fades and they are no better the common axe.

Fulito looks to Bedlam. So the question now has arisen. The axes, much like their original wielders are twins. Which one do you suppose you wield?

axe stats:

these weapons work as a team, alone they are just regular battle axes, but if kept together they are magic.

The Axe Torak Gives the wielder a +1 on any attack and damage roll made against, wolves, worgs, dogs, or any other type of animal.

Ax Lorak gives its wielder a +1 Attack Bonus and damage bonus to its wielder against Kolbold, Goblin, or Dragon kin type monsters.

the axes must be within 200 ft of each other to work.
the stats for these weapons are Battle Ax +1 1d8+1/3 weight 6 lbs each

can't believe I forgot to put a rank in perform oratory, so here is the roll.

"Might fine story little hobbit, now we are knowin the story o the axes we be carryin'. It be would make a goo tribute to the brothers for these fine blades to be seein some action again side by side. At least until we come across the rightful owners.

Bendorf recalls that Bedlam might fancy one of the axes as a weapon. "Master Bedlam would you like to use one of the axes long side myself, as we continue out quest, that is unless the Morzul has use for one?"

Bendorf nods in appreciation to Cold Eyes, "Thank you for distributing the wealth Cold Eyes."

Well said, my friend.

He then walks up to Grumble, hand outstretched.

Aye, me brother, I would be most honored to battle along side ye with these fine Dwarven-crafted axes! As long as Morzul also doesn't mind?

Bedlam holds the axe out for all to view. just let me know which one...doesn't matter to me

Our foes be shak'n in their boots and they be fleeing to their dank caves to hide from us!

"Here ya go Master Bedlam. May all evil creature tremble in fear as these mighty weapons do battle side by side once more. May these weapons serve us as well as they did their former masters."

The group Spends a restful night camping by the shores of the lake, the peaceful sounds of crickets chirping and the occasional howl of a distant wolf are the only things that break the silence..dawn breaks on the 2nd day since leaving Falcons hollow, and the Group Starts to stir, all feeling fully refreshed and ready for the day

Cold Eyes Finds a near by tree, Climbs into one of the branches about ten feet off the ground and starts meditating. After approximately 1 hour Cold Eyes slides down the tree and gathers his things, puts on his beloved Scale Mail armour, attaches his great sword to his back as usual, and finds a new spot beside his sword for his bow. Finally pulling his cloak overtop of all after poking a new hole for where he put his bow so that the hilt of his sword and the top of his bow peak out to the right of his hood.
Cold Eyes looks to the group eager to start the day.

Bebdorf walks up to Fulito and Bedlam as they discuss cooking techniques an plops down in front of a pile of pancakes and begins to unceremoniously shove them in his mouth.

"Mighty good pancakes little hobbit. If only we had a nice slab of bacon to go with them it would make a right perfect meal."

Once Bendior has his fill of the pancakes, he then stands up and belches so loud it scares several birds out of the nearby trees. He then bows in appreciation for Fulito making the breakfast.

"Much appreciated Master Fulito."

"Well laddies, we best be off soon. Much road left to travel and this folks in the town be waiting on us to get their medicine."

"After a good nights sleep and a good breakfast the group heads off further into the forest, it is a cool day, and kind of overcast..the birds are chirping in the trees and every so often you you see other signs of the forest animals.Following the map, you make good time and arrive at a clearing just after noon, The dense trees and thick brush of the forest give way, parting seemingly in respect for the titanic dark wood tree that dominates this clearing. Several times taller than a temple minaret, in one direction the obviously ancient tree reaches into the sky with branches like a giant’s arms, while in the other it plumbs the earth with roots thicker than a man’s waist. Its limbs broad and strong, its bark thick and so richly colored as to almost be black, and its leaves the size of bucklers, the giant thing is less a tree and more a cathedral of boughs and branches.

Ok, here is where we can switch over to the other map, lets give it a try and see how it works, if we like it we can keep using it, if not we can go back to google docs, what you do is after you make your move, you click on the pass turn button in the bottom right, and then paste the url link it gives you into your post using the [ url= xxxxxxxx] PCs Name Turn # [/ url ] ..any questions?..during the next battle, id like to try something different, at the end of your post if you could put the following..

Round X
Move Action =
Standard Action =
Free Action =
Bubbas Turn<---Notice this is a link to the map

(X being whatever round this move is for)

For example:

Bubba (having his sword drawn already) moves forward 30 ft and makes an attack against the gobling with his short sword. Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13 and misses the goblin!!

Round 1
Move Action = 30 feet
Standard action = Attack Goblin#1 with short sword
Free Action = None

hopefully this makes sense

Morzul your probably missing a java plugin or something in chrome, I use chrome and don't have any problem?..if we cant get it working ill go back to google drive.
