The wagons are 60 feet from your group.

The Steg let's you leave and holds a defensive position of the herd.

Now all of you hear the thundering footsteps. Suddenly A Spinosaur Emerges from the jungle bellowing hungrily. The stegs begin to form a defensive circle around the wagons and their young.

The spinosaurus begins to look for easier prey. I need Survival+Stealth Checks from each of you. Knowledge Nature gives +2 boost to both rolls for DC 15 and every five points for which the check is made by.

This is where the checks become important.

Oh and Felixian is 30 feet up in a tree. A very convenient biting height.

Both Martian Level 20 invader

This.....is going to be interesting. I took the liberty of rolling for Shilara and I rolled a survival check for Razorclaw.

The Spinosaurus perks up and turns it's massive head in your direction. It's nostrils flaring as it sniffs the air.

Felixian scurries further up a tree trying to get higher but this draws the dinosaur's attention.

Seeing Felixian the Spinosaurus runs up to the tree and collides with it. Under the weight of the giant lizard the tree shakes violently threatening to throw Felixian from it's branches.

Felixian is at the top of the tree, it is about 60 feet tall. You need to make one, possibly two Reflex saves.

First save is to stay in the tree. DC 15

If you fail the first, then make another DC 15 reflex save.

If you fail the second you fall 60 feet to the hungry dinosaur below you.

If you fail the first but succeed the second, you are hanging from a branch. With a climb it is a simple move to pull yourself back up. If you are forced to make a reflex save in this position, you only need to fail once to fall.

The rest of you have an opportunity to act before the Spinosaurus goes again. The Stegasaurs are content to stay out of this and simply stay by their next protecting it.

How far? Do you make sure the dinosaur sees it or does it simply appear and runs off. The dinosaur is focused on Felixian and not going to notice the horse if it simply appears 60 feet off and runs. You have to let me know where it's going to go and what it's doing.

Okay, the horse appears and races past the dinosaur kicking up brush and breaking branches. Once the Dinosaur sees the horse it bellows and begins to chase after the steed. The two are now 100 feet away.

I am laying on the ground under some brush when all of a sudden a hoof lands inches away from my face, I jump slightly as nearly let out a scream until the horse continues to run off and draws the dino with it. Once it is far enough away I get up and rush over to Felix's tree gesturing for him to come down. Once down I nod at Thanquol's mention of leaving, so I sneak away from the tree hoping the others will follow; unless someone else takes the lead, and head back the way we came until we are in a safer spot than we already are in.

Between Nyx and Felixian, you two bring down one of the raptors. BTW Felix, you only get one of your claw attacks when you move. You need to make a full attack action to get both claws. Unless you have pounce like the raptors do.

Shilara scores a hit as well.

Um....Thanquol heals Nyx? I don't know how that ability works.

Razorclaw hits with two attacks and confirms the crit with the claw attack.

Round Two Begins

The Raptors attack.

Rishkarri - The one Raptor presses against Razorclaw with four attacks scoring with only one, the talon for 5 damage.

Shilara - The Raptor in front of you five foots to melee and full attacks you. Two attacks hit for 6 damage.

Nyx - The Raptor presses after you and full attacks. Hitting once for 4 damage.

Their first volley benefited from charge attacks and you guys being flat-footed.

Right I have just checked up on Infernal Healing. It is from "The Inner Sea World Guide". Target gains Fast Healing 1 for 1 Minute and radiates as Evil. The casting time is 1 Round, meaning that you couldn't do the move to draw the scroll and then cast the spell as a standard.

Rishkarri growls and snarls at Razorclaw, pointing to the raptor by the male catfolk, directing him to attack. She then charges at the raptor by the snake-woman, swinging her scimitar in a deadly arc.

Handle animal companion as free action, then charging the raptor. Charging bonus is added. AC is 13 for this round.

The leopard, hearing the command, runs at the other raptor by the strange furry person, skidding to a stop and sinking his teeth into the beast's leg.

Bite: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19, damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Round Three results

Shilara and Razorclaw both score hits on the Raptor pressing Shilara. All other attacks you guys made miss or scrape harmlessly against scales.

The Raptor in front of Shilara is hurt but still willing to fight.

Round Four Begin

Felix - The raptor on you misses entirely.

Shilara - You are hit twice for a total 5 damage.

Felix and Razorclaw are flanking with one raptor.

Though Rishikarri is opposite Shilara, Shilara is using a bow and does not threaten the raptor, no flank is available.

Your Turns.

come on, I need to end this... Angered by his recent misses, Felixian rips into the raptor with everything he has.

Thanqoul sighs.

This is a horrible idea, but I have to guard her.

Thanqoul mutters some words and moves in front of Shilara.

Standard action cast Mage Armor so AC is now 17, and using move action to move around the raptor and then through Shilara's square, so that Thanqoul is directly in front of the beast.

Razorclaw attacks the raptor three times, first sinking his teeth into its flesh, then slashing at it with both paws. He bounces around as he attacks, keeping light on his paws, trying to bring the creature down.

Bite: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15, damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

If Rishkarri and Thanquol are now flanking, add +2 to the attack roll. I assume one or two of Razorclaw's attacks missed, too.

Felixian tears apart the the remaining RAptor on Nyx and Thanquol.

Redirecting Rishkarris attacks at the Raptor in front of Shilara. Both Razorclaw and Rishkarri score blows against the remaining Raptor.

It withdraws managing to avoid AoOs from Rishkarri and Razorclaw.

Once all of the fighting has stopped I climb up and fail to stand up, falling hard onto my bottom. I look up at Felixian, "You remember when I fell out of the big oak when I was little and couldn't move my arm for a month... it hurts more than that! But the furless mans magick seem to be working, the pain is slowly dying down." With that I try to stand again, this time succeeding but I am very shaky from the waist down, where the majority of my wounds are. I look down at the wounds and see them closing slowly, and smile weakly at Felixian, "He's good to have around."

After about a minute my wounds stop closing and I seem a bit more steady on my feet, if a bit out of breath.

I have updated my life, as if the spell had finished. It's a nice spell, but not an instant heal and back into combat spell. More of a heal and avoid combat until you're better spell.

The druid cleans her scimitar on the grass, then crouches next to her leopard, purring reassuringly. The cat blinks up at her, nuzzling into her side with a small mewl of pain. Rishkarri sighs, knowing she is unable to do anything more for now.

She looks over the others, and gives a curt nod, as if to say "job well done". She then looks over the raptor corpses, trying to remember whether their meat is good to eat or not.

If raptor meat is edible (have to provide food for a carnivore, after all), what would I have to roll to try carving 'em up?

As the wild woman starts to carve up the corpses of the dinosaurs I sit back down on the ground and reach into my back where I pull out the box that was on the caravan. I then reach onto my belt and retrieve my lockpicks which are made from Antler and metal.

I look around to make sure that this is a good place to sit before I start working on the lock. Then if it is clear I start work on the lock.
