History:

Janggamar is a strange and hostile land, and many of its inhabitants learn the value of survival from a young age. Just one of these inhabitants is Rishkarri, a woman as strange and feral as the land she walks.

For her first sixteen eyars, Rishkarri lived in Hathfal, a village tucked away amidst the roots of a mountain in the nation's north. She adapted well to life in the shadow of the peaks, quickly learning how to hunt and forage, and how to hide from predators. She was soon able to leave to hunt for her family, heading out into th wilderness for days at a time.

On one such trip, the Saurians attacked her home. Rishkarri came home to little more than corpses and rubble. Tears in her eyes, she searched for survivors; finding none, she grabbed what few supplies she could find, then fled.

She ran through the nearby jungles for days, until she collapsed from sheer exhaustion. She had nothing to live for, so why should she bother continuing? She would have accepted her fate and died there, had she not heard the wounded cries of a leopard cub, apparently also abandoned. Compassion overtook her, and as she tended the sub, nursing it back to health, it acted as her guide, leading her to food, water, and shelter, as if it knew what she needed.

If asked, Rishkarri wouldn't be able to tell you how many years she spent in the jungle. Her hair grew too matted to brush clear, so she cut it off. The few possessions she'd taken with her weighed her down, so she cast them away. She slowly became more and more feralliving more and more like the animals she encountered. She slowly learned to tap into the primal energy of nature that surrounded her, using it to her own advantage. And through the years, that cub stayed with her, growing into a fierce animal in his own right.

Eventually, heading further and further east, Rishkarri reached Auscan. But years of living wild had left her uneasy of civilization. She settled down, though, living on the fringe of the hamlet, hunting prey for food and leather, trading what she found for fish and other supplies. And while the residents welcomed the strange, feral woman, who wore little and spoke less, Rishkarri never quite felt welcome. She began spending more and more time away from Auscan, hunting and trapping and stalking, so when the Saurians attacked, she didn't realize for a few days. Once again, Rishkarri returned only to death and destruction.

This time, however, an anger burned in her. This time, there were survivors. This time, she would have revenge.

Personality & appearance:

Rishkarri is a short woman, standing just over five feet tall. She has dark skin, wild brown eyes, and short brown hair that she seems to have cut herself, and badly at that. She is thin but agile, and dresses in a hodgepodge of leathers and hides that she replaces as they wear out, and she always seems alert, never at rest, always watching.

She speaks little, so her personality is a mystery to all. When she does speak, it's in short, fragmented sentences - not because she is unintelligent, but simply because she goes so long without using her voice. When giving Razorclaw commands, she speaks in growls and hisses, and rumbling, purring noises. She is quick to anger, attacking quickly with all the savagery nature offers, but otherwise, is as calm and patient as the sea.
