It's obviously not needed yet, but this is probably best handled before it's needed.
What's everyone's feelings on loot splitting? Esmeranda may already have a preferred method and if so, we can use that. But if not ...
My preference is for the simplest bookkeeping :
Any individual item that someone wants and can use, we let them have it. The remainder gets sold and the proceeds evenly split. Once you've claimed an item it's your responsibility to track it and to do with as you see fit. If you sell it later, you keep the funds.
Opinions?

I'm okay with that. We might also want to think about a team fund, to pay for wands of healing for example, or anything else that really benefits the whole (or at least most) of the group

Hi all, looks like you found the discussion. I will go over everyone in the next 24hours and post anything that needs addressed (though most of you were done with full profiles during recruitment so shouldn't be anything major). I will add stuff to Campaign Tab also, so far I have which Harrow Card you are assigned based on alignment and strongest attribute.
Gameplay will be up tonight around midnight. You can post once it is up. I am mountain standard time, but I work very odd hours- Graveyards as security and on call as a caregiver. I will try to post consistent, but only thing I can promise is I will post once a day M-F (though usually more so long as everyone is keeping up).

I will not enforce any loot rules so long you are all able to do so amicably. This method seems fair, but up to you all.

Starting the audits. Not meant to be menacing, a lot of times I find things people need to add.
one, all I can say is that it will come up.
Everyone Most of you do not have Heropoints listed. You start with 1. If not familiar with the concept of Heropoints they are in the APG and can be found in the PRD.
I am not infallible, so if you find something I missed or suspect someone has their mechanics wrong address it with tact please. Do not assume people are intentionally trying to cheat.

As far as feats go, not taking selective channel was a choice I made to better support the flavor of the character. Rest assured knowing that I'll likely take it the next opportunity I have. :)

Yep, although my armor already reduces my speed. I am thinking about dropping the spiked gauntlet, though - I'm not sure I need it with the morningstar, and it feels redundant. Maybe I should drop the morningstar, though. Might make more sense for a mercenary guard to have a spiked gauntlet than a morningstar.
I'm planning on purchasing a masterwork backpack sooner than later, so that'll help, as well. Eventually I'll just use extradimensional storage and not notice any weight any more.
Hero Point has been added.

The varisian tattoo? Works on evocation, adds another CL. That's why the burning hands does 2d4 vs. 1d4.
Also in making sure that's spelled out, I noticed that one of the changes I made didn't save. Her spell focus is also evocation.
I'll get her future plans added :)

In the campaign tab I have added the Korvosa tab with the city base stats listed. These stats modify certain rolls including random encounters. Throughout the campaign the status will change and some of your actions can modify things for better or worse. I will tell you the basic status Standard,Anarchy, Unrest, Martial Law ect.. but will treat these changes sort of like a knowledge roll to know about a monster. For example if you want to know the current economic status you will need to roll me appraise or knowledge local. I will encourage creativity so if you can sell me on why a certain skill should correspond to a certain statistic I will be open.

You can post actions out of order if you are confident in what you want to do. I will try to be as forgiving as I can due to the game style, but going back can make things take very long so only post ahead if you are sure of your actions and they are not too dependent on what others do.
If you want to coordinate here before posting in gameplay I am fine with that too.

Garran Fain |

Reno sounds fun.
Alistair, will you be fighting for the East or the Middle Kingdom?
While I'm not part of SCA, I have a friend who's gone before, and it's held fairly close to where I live.

Alistair Wellington |

This year we have a contract to fight with the middle. Being a mercenary has allowed me to fight for a lot of different kingdoms. It is fun in the SCA.

The site was down for me until around 2 yesterday afternoon. I think Paizo was prepping for the Playtest release, and trying to avoid everything breaking today.

Aryah left because they can't keep up? One post a day is too much for some people I guess. Of course this was the "backup" GM. People like that I just block I don't play around not worth the energy.
If this game was not what some of you had envisioned I understand, just leave now so I can get us filled with people that want to play. I was upfront about there being no combat maps. I wish I had the time and skill to prep all of that, but I do not.
I sent PM to another player that submitted a Divine character.

Aryah Wraithscar |

Hey all,
It was not my intention to stir up drama. I've been struggling to fit my character into scenes, because it felt like even when I posted once a day, I'd often feel a little left behind. This was especially the case on weekends.
I should point out that I don't blame any of you for that. You're clearly all well-motivated, which is the lifeblood of a good PbP game.
Rather than continue to play and have Aryah constantly lag behind, I thought I'd bow out and let another player join. I thought that since we're not far removed from recruitment, it wouldn't be placing the game in too great a bind.
It appears that I've upset the GM, which I sincerely apologize for. I didn't mean to cause grievance or offense. I just wanted to make a decision that seemed appropriate for myself and the group. Unfortunately, I believe they blocked me, so if one of you could ask them to remove me from the campaign listing so it no longer shows up on my game list, I'd really appreciate it.
Finally, although my plate is a little full at the moment, I don't know what the future portends. In the event of a back-up GM being required, don't hesitate to message me. I'd love a chance to play with you all again.
Cheers,
Aryah/R0B0

I exhausted the applicants that submitted with a divine character so I sent a Pm to the player that had played with Alistair and Garran before to see if they wanted to make a divine character. If that is a bust I will post a new recruitment post. Should that fail I will NPC an appropriate character. I am determined not to let this game fail.
I have removed Aryah and Robogeshia from the game.

Vedika Bhatia |

Hey folks, Esmeranda sent me a message asking if I might fill in your missing divine spot with a new character. I'm happy to join up in that fashion, but I just want to check and see if there's anything specific that you folks want to see - a cleric? a druid? an oracle? shaman? hospitaler paladin? witch? And if you want character ties of course I am amenable to working together for a backstory on the new character.
