So it seems that the cavern wins. Lets all catch up with Irnk.

I apologize for the unannounced disappearance. I've had a lot on my mind and felt like I needed sometime to sort things out.
I've decided I am quitting PBP, mostly for personal reasons and the need to focus on personal projects that I am not working on as much as I should. I am sorry for returning with bad news, I've had plenty of enjoyable moments with you all and wish you the best of luck.

I think I see the problem. I believe everyone is waiting for me to do something different after discovering that the critter is out of reach.
Unless people think it would be better for Irnk to stay where he was to be able to protect the ranged characters, he will stay with his original plan. If possible he will hold his action to attack if the spider brings itself within range.
I'm just waiting for my turn.
I think part of the slow posting is the loss of Avan. We stuck together through a lot... And losing one of us is a harsh blow.
Just waiting, mostly for Dao to write something and possibly for Irnk to change is action.... so yeah, I am still interested (even more so since this is my only game!).
