Cela, you know that flare, a 0 level spell, will do nothing against a 2nd level darkness spell, (they are both on your spell list). Buchart has 2 hitpoints left, probably best to keep healing.

There is no treasure only the longspear

Is it imbued with any pluses or magicks? Should Anaba keep it?

Nothing special about it. With her training much better with broadsword, but who knows makes a great walking stick
