Cassandra will 5-foot step back and cast Bless on the party. Cassandra's action occurs before everyone else, so everyone make sure you account for Bless in our actions.
As a move action, Cassandra will "draw" the Wand of Cure Light Wounds

nDevere lands two more solid blows on the incorporeal Lopper and Windom follows with another. Drasven hits the Lopper with his flaming greataxe and he howls in pain! He steps away from Drasven and touches Zavar with a ghostly axe cutting his brow!

"Nice Axe. It be missing something though.....Angrahdd's Blessing!!!!" the last being nearly roared as Drasven swings his own axe after stepping up.

Sorry Zavar, but it doesn't confirm since Windom is providing cover for the Lopper making it a -8 penalty instead of -4. If you want to provoke an AoO by casting before stepping 5' back, then I will allow it without the additional cover penalty. However, if he hits you then you will need to make a concentration check.
@nDevere, please post your action

Drasven and nDevere continue to press their attack on the incorporeal foe connecting with all of their swings.
The Lopper turns to nDevere fearing the flames and strikes back with his ghostly axe unable to move due to Zavar's icy spell.

nDevere continues his assault and Windom's strike is also true. Drasven misss the Lopper with his flaming greataxe. Zavar steps forward and defensively casts burning hands toward the ceiling but he manages to barely singe The Lopper. The ghost touches Cassandra with a ghostly axe cutting her shoulder howling in terror! Find himself cornered, he floats 5' into the southeastern cell providing cover from additional attacks.
Roll20: Cass suffers 2 negative and 3 bleeding. Zavar takes another 4 bleed during Round 4.

bleed-exploit weakness-flurry

The Lopper screams for the last time after a combination of divine energy, Drasven's chops and nDevere's unarmed assault. The screams echo through the cells and stone hallway. His incorporate body bursts into glittering ash and forms into a small pile.

@Zavar: Yes, I meant nDevere not you.

nDevere climbs down and returns with three magical weapons and a corpse bearing a striking resemblance to the incorporeal creature recently vanquished. Nothing else is found in the immediate area.

nDevere packs away her rope and scoops some of the powdered remains of the ghostly Lopper into an empty potion vial that used to contain the lesser restoration used on Drasven.

You hear nothing at the northern and southern doors of the western corridor leading to a portcullis that is currently lowered and locked in place (U7).
The portcullis is the three grey vertical bars blocking the western hallway to U7.
The portcullis does not have a locking mechanism located on it. The northern door is unlocked and the southern door is locked near the lowered portcullis. You explore the northern unlocked room (U5).
Western Guard Room (U5)
This guard room is decorated similarly to the others, with a table, a few chairs, and a pair of cots, yet unlike the others, no undead or haunts lurk within. A winch affixed to the western wall raises and lowers the portcullis that allows access into area U7. The portcullis is currently lowered and locked in place. The winch here can be used to release that lock (a move action) and to raise the portcullis (a full-round action).
Cassandra Corvellis
"Should we check the locked door before opening the portcullis? Perhaps those keys open it?"
Drasven Hammers
"Search the room first before we do anything else. I feel strangly uplifted since we defeated the Lopper. More myself then before it that makes sense."
Drasven Hammers
"Mayhaps it does, Once we are done with this accursed place, I should get myself checked."
Cassandra Corvellis
"OK, we search this room. If we find nothing interesting, we will check the door to U6, and then open it (assuming the keys open the locked door)."
