Atzi shakes her head at the increase in conflict, and frowns at the change brought on by the newcomer. She sighed as she worked to keep herself neutral to the small conflict. "Good Luck Friend Uchendu, i'm sure your planning will be sound." She bows her head respectfully to her companion as she moves over to the fire in the middle of camp.

She starts to cut up some of the leftover snake meat and mixes in some of plants that Sasha had put together in her hunting. As she finishes putting together a slow cooking gumbo she looks over to Cutlass "What happened to the Titania, friend Cutlass?"

"The Titania She was sunk by a creature from the deepest depths, I know not how I survived, as I was the only one to survive. I know at one point the creature, after it had broken the back o the ship, breached high into the air, creating a huge surge o' water, which carried me away from the ship on the piece of hull I clung to. I washed up here two days later, my water and food gone, all I had left was my non-essential gear. I found the rest on shore."

"I'm composing a song for it now"

He breaks into a soulful Dirge

Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale,
A tale of a fateful trip
That started from a tropic port
Aboard the Titania.

The Cap'n a mighty sailing man,
The crew twas brave and sure...

"I still have to finish it, I'll do that was I travel with you."

OOPS! I also agree to continue exploring after this :D

Atzi tells everyone about the coming weather and continues to happily move about their small raft.

Moving On >:D

Atzi seeing Amisi's apprehension tries to bolster her confidence in what little ways she can. "Amisi how about I teach you to swim, yes? It will be most fun, but we will do it in shallow waters I promise you~ For now just sit in the center of the craft and focus on what you love most, ignore what is around you. Focus inward, feel your breaths, find your heartbeat, listen to it and focus~" Atzi says all of this while trying to move gracefully around the craft, as she tries to keep in time with the movement of the water to avoid losing her footing. It is a difficult dance with the sea but she also continues to repeat her short mantra over and over in a quiet and rhythmic way.

Oh yes Atzi is trying to get Amisi to meditate and forget her worries~ Although a rickety raft isn't the best spot lol

Retcon to last night

Atzi shivers slightly for those lost on-board the Titania and then gets a strange look. She tries to imagine what could be large enough to bring down a ship with such ease. She fills a couple of bowls with the gumbo she was making and hands one to Cutlass.

"It will be wonderful when you finish it, for it will bring honor to the memories of your lost friends and I can see it being more of a tale of remembrance then loss Friend Cutlass. I am sorry to hear though that you lost so many comrades and close friends on-board the Titiania" She gets distracted as her thoughts turn to the missing Storian and she traces another of her strange symbols in the air as she says a quiet prayer for him.

"Oh the Gumbo, she is delicious..." Then he laughs hearily in his deep voice.

Think of the "HAHAHA 7UP" guy for the depth of his voice.

To make option 3 clearer..work down the coast on the raft till you find a suitable landing place then return to the camp overland as the currents run clockwise round the island Aerys won't touch drink now that she has been brought round to the parties side..she's determined to be cured of her affliction

It's fairly obvious once you board the wreck that the vessel has been stripped of anything usable

No Undead menace you and after but a few minutes of trying to keep your feet in the water that washes over the decks you return to the raft.

Once again Cutlass takes charge of the craft and guides it through the swell..you pass another small colony of Dimetrodons on the shore and pass on southwards until you spot another shipwreck on the shore of the Main Island. As you approach you make out the name Golden Bow engraved on her stern

Revised Map

Scarab Sages

"Atzi - thanks for your offer. This is very kind of you. I will try, I really will.

Amisi looks afraid - but her knowledge that one day being able to swim might save her live slowly overcomes her fear.

I actually enjoy this - so my spell craft next level will come from the cleric of Nethys and swimming from Atzi. Anyone else offering skills - or needs some - diplomacy for Natalyah or Uchendu?

Female / Female Human: Jambala Jaeg Descendent) and Deinonychus Saurian Shaman LVL 4

Seeing the new shipwreck looming ahead Atzi looks up at Quetza and makes a strange animal like cry, loud enough to carry over the sound of the surf around them. Hearing Atzi's cry Quetza tilts his head and regards her with one of his great eyes. Atzi gestures at the craft and gives her sharp animal like cry again.

Atzi ask's Quetza to Seek in the direction of the wreckage.

As Quetza hopefully responds to her request Atzi continues to revel in the feel of the waves as they batter the small craft. She continues to try and keep Amisi's nerves from getting the best of her despite the violent surf that surrounds them. "That is all I ask my friend. But always remember Amisi when you look to the world with fear, then that is all you will see. But if you open yourself to the raw strength of the world, to accept it and work with it, to see the wonder in it then you won't be afraid. She ponders for a moment and then gives a surprised laugh. "It is like your abilities, what did you feel when you first were learning how to harness the raw strength of your power? How did you conquer it?" She lets Amisi ponder as she looks back toward the wreckage.

As the sea swells pushed them around Atzi looked to the other members of their large group "What do you think friends, can we reach that ship this day as well?

"That was as useful as I thought it would be, most useful goods will be washed ashore, head to the deep, or washed out to sea."

Thx for the clarification, Wellard!

Amisi wrote:

Eventually Natalyah might be patient enough to learn some diplomacy, but for now she'll stick to her "cheery" attitude when dealing with people. Plus being stranded on an island isn't the best environment to teach Natalyah tact and manners :)

Natalyah returns from the wreck with a slightly annoyed look on her face. She responds to Kallakan's comment with a cold glare but says nothing, and remains quiet during the trip back to the island.

With near boundless energy Atzi moves slowly about the raft and is brimming with good cheer.

Atzi slaps the glum sounding Cutlass on the back as she says "My father always said 'Si kila kitu hutoka rahisi, lakini kama mtu ana imani ya madhumuni yao itakuwa kushangaa nini utapata', Now on the Jenivere the most important items were secured in places that wouldn't sink until the ship itself was no more. Perhaps we will find something useful and if not" She shrugs and then laughs as another swell moves their raft about. She smiles broadly and laughs "This is great fun!

polygot:

Not everything comes easy, but if one believes hard enough they will be surprised what they will find on the trail ahead of them.

She directs her cheeriness at Natalyah, she moves closer to the ranger and continues her happy revelry hoping it would rub off on her companions. "That is the spirit friend! We may as well make the most of our stay on this island~"

Natalyah returns Atzi's cheeriness with a befuddled look that's half "What does she have to be happy for?" and half "How the %¤#&!$£ can she be this happy?"

After a brief moment she responds with a half-hearted (at best) strained smile.

The wreck of the Golden Bow( a Katapeshi ship by the looks of her) is relativly intact as the rocks around it tend to shield it from the force of the waves and you tie up alongside. Climbing your knotted rope is easy enough and you soon find yourself on the deck which cants slightly to one side and is strewn with rotting rigging

This has the effect of making all the deck difficult terrain..no charges and double movement cost to get anywhere

The more immediate problem is the group of skeletal crewmen who issue from the Forecastle brandishing scimitars and dressed in tattered leathers.

Natalyah 21
Cutlass 15
Skeletons 14
Inkathru 13
Amisi 12
Uchendu 11
Atzi 6

Skeletons are about 40 feet away

Round 1 actions

"Kevë Kallït*. Spread out.", Natalyah growls as she spots the skeletons. She maneuvers into a position to surround the undead crewmen should they attack. She draws her sword and readies to strike if a skeleton wanders into her reach.

Elven:

The walking dead

Move action to spread out abit (not towards the skeletons, but sideways) hopefully making it easier to flank the skeletons next turn.
Standard action to ready and attack should a skeleton come into reach

Attack and damage roll should a skeleton get within reach:

Attack roll: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
Damage roll: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

oh, soo close!

Female / Female Human: Jambala Jaeg Descendent) and Deinonychus Saurian Shaman LVL 4

Doing a lot of cleaning today, posting this ahead of time~

On my initiative

Atzi's happy demeanor drains away in the face of the skeletal crew, it is replaced though by a grim resolve to put these sad spirits to rest. As she watches the battle unfold before her she...:

Free Action: Ask Quetza to Defend Her
Move action: Draw out Sling
Standard Action: Attack skeleton that is not engaged by anyone

To hit 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Damage 1d4 ⇒ 4 RNG 50ft

Big debate about slings going on in the boards at the moment..however it is a full round action to load one so you won't be able to fire till next round

DM Wellard wrote:

I disagree sir,

here's the text from the PRD:

Ammunition: Projectile weapons use ammunition: arrows (for bows), bolts (for crossbows), darts (for blowguns), or sling bullets (for slings and halfling sling staves). When using a bow, a character can draw ammunition as a free action; crossbows and slings require an action for reloading (as noted in their descriptions). Generally speaking, ammunition that hits its target is destroyed or rendered useless, while ammunition that misses has a 50% chance of being destroyed or lost.

Sling: A sling is little more than a leather cup attached to a pair of strings. Your Strength modifier applies to damage rolls when you use a sling, just as it does for thrown weapons. You can fire, but not load, a sling with one hand. Loading a sling is a move action that requires two hands and provokes attacks of opportunity.

You can hurl ordinary stones with a sling, but stones are not as dense or as round as bullets. Thus, such an attack deals damage as if the weapon were designed for a creature one size category smaller than you and you take a –1 penalty on attack rolls

Female / Female Human: Jambala Jaeg Descendent) and Deinonychus Saurian Shaman LVL 4

Oh my bad lol, I guess Atzi will Draw out here sling and then load it in preparation to attack lol

2x Move actions so my round is still over ^^; Sorru about that didn't realize it was different then a bow. Thanks guys ^^

I apologize for my misreading of the text..it is indeed a move action to load.Atzi remember your strength modifier applies to sling damage so it does 1d4-1

Female / Female Human: Jambala Jaeg Descendent) and Deinonychus Saurian Shaman LVL 4

Roger that, I updated my character sheet to reflect what was discussed =) thanks guys, sorry for the confusion lol ^^;

Male Half-Elf Oracle (Juju) 5

Uchendu looks in dismay at the bony remains of the crew, glances at his curve blade, shrugs, and draws his morningstar instead.

"It looks like it is time to crush a few skulls!"

Morningstar: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13, for 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10 Bludgeoning and Piercing Damage.

Scarab Sages

Seeing the skelton warriors approach, Amisi tries to find a place where she isn't in the front but has a clear line of sight to them. she then starts casting:

Amis will ready the action as it is only range 25 feet. If possible she will let the skeletons approach or if this is impossible - just move forward far enough to be in range

Disrupt Undead, Touch ranged attack 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10 Damage 1d6 ⇒ 3

Cutlass draw his whips, the he will hold his action until the lead skeleton approaches to 15 feet, then reach trip with his whip, if he trips it, he'll follow up with his scorpion whip for the free attack.

CMB1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19

1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

The skeletons swarm forwards their movement also hampered by the decks clutter and reach a point some ten feet from the parties front rank.

Natlayah moves to one side holding herself ready for an attack.

Cutlass manages to trip one skeleton but his follow up stroke goes awry

Inkathru steps up and delivers a ferocious swing with her great axe 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 which fails to hit.

Amisi's bolt of disrupting energy fails to connect

Uchendu holds himself ready then launches forward as they come within attack distance..however his foe ducks aside and the blow misses.

Atzi's sling stone flies off into the jungle ashore.

Round2

Natalyah 21
Cutlass 15
Skeletons 14
Inkathru 13
Amisi 12
Uchendu 11
Atzi 6

Uchendu and Inkathru engaged the rest of you 10-15 feet from the skellies

As darts after Uchendu and Inkahtru with the shortsword raised, striking at the nearest skeleton.

Move action to move into position to attack a skeleton
Attack roll: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26
Crit confirm: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23
Damage roll: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Crit damage roll: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

Preferably attacking either of the skeletons engaged with either Uchendu or Inkahtru.

Cutlass will attempt to trip another.

1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

obviously since he has two whips if counter tripped he'll drop one whip. don't forget if the tripped one gets up it provokes AoO for my allies MWUAHAHAHHAHA

Male Half-Elf Oracle (Juju) 5

Let's see if Uchendu knows anything about skeletons...Knowledge(Religion): 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 4 + 2 = 14. Hmmm. Probably not :-/

Shrugging aside his doubts, Uchendu once again attempts to crush the skull of one of the skeletons!

Morningstar: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18, for 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11 Bludgeoning and Piercing Damage.

Female / Female Human: Jambala Jaeg Descendent) and Deinonychus Saurian Shaman LVL 4

ATZI INI: 6 LAST~ :D

Quetza roars defiantly at the approaching skeletons as Atzi prepares to call on natures aid to deal with these abominations.

Quetza is still defending
FA: Drop Sling (To free her hands)
SA: Cast Produce Flame and Attack unclaimed skeleton
Attack: Ranged Touch Attack 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12 RNG: Up to~ 120ft
Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
MA: Pick up sling

Natalyah smashes the undead engaged with Inkathru as Cutlass fails to connect with his whip.

The Tripped skelly is out of range for an AoO.however it won't be able to take an action this round.

In reply the Skeletons swarm in on the front rank fighters.

Two each in Natalyah,Inkathru and Uchendu
broken scimitar +0 (1d6), claw –3 (1d4+1)

On Natalyah
Skeleton 1 Broken scimitar1d20 ⇒ 1 claw1d20 - 3 ⇒ (2) - 3 = -1

Skeleton 2 Broken scimitar1d20 ⇒ 15 claw1d20 - 3 ⇒ (16) - 3 = 13

On Inkathru
Skeleton 3 Broken scimitar1d20 ⇒ 11 claw1d20 - 3 ⇒ (14) - 3 = 11

Skeleton 4 Broken scimitar1d20 ⇒ 11 claw1d20 - 3 ⇒ (20) - 3 = 17

on Uchendu
Skeleton 5 Broken scimitar1d20 ⇒ 2 claw1d20 - 3 ⇒ (13) - 3 = 10

Skeleton 6 Broken scimitar1d20 ⇒ 10 claw1d20 - 3 ⇒ (16) - 3 = 13

Unengaged
Skeleton 7 moving around the edge of the combat

Skeleton 8 rising from prone and moving into the fight

A rattling of rusted scimitars on Armour and scraping of claws is all that results.

Inkathru up next.

Uchendu smashes down one opponent

Scarab Sages

Amisi looks for a target not yet in melee. Seeing the skeleton tripped by Cutlass she feels that she will have to act quickly if she wants to avoid him entering melee.

Disrupt Undead, ranged touch attack 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10 to hit, 1d6 ⇒ 5 for damage.

Having cast her spell, Amisi tries to find some cover - either behind the fighters or elsewhere were she is more difficult to reach.

I hope to be able to attack skeleton 8 before he is enganged to avoid a -4 penalty to hit into combat. Will likely switch to Magic Missile next round.

Looks like the same roll as last round - so guess that is a miss again.

On his next turn
Cutlass will hold his next action to trip either one closing with himself or with Atzi.

1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15

I hope we haven't lost Inkathru now

The half orcish woman slashes out with her axe again but again the skeleton avoids the blow

1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

Amisi' spell fails to connect with skeleton 8 but the creatures reprieve is short lived as Atzi turns it into a smouldering pile of bones

Round 3

Natalyah 21
Cutlass 15
Skeletons 14
Inkathru 13
Amisi 12
Uchendu 11
Atzi 6

With the satisfying crack of bone giving away to her blade Natalyah dances to the next skeleton. She swings her blade aiming to sever her adversary's leg.

Move action to take a five foot step (or how far i need to go) closer to the nearest skeleton. If it's possible to get into a flanking position without provoking AoO's i'll take that option.
Standard attack to swing with my shortsword
Attack roll: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23
Damage roll: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

Male Half-Elf Oracle (Juju) 5

Uchendu nods at Natalyah's show of competence, and continues to try to crack more skeleton heads...

Morningstar: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20, for 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9 Bludgeoning and Piercing damage.

Natalyah's sword rattles off a skeletons ribs(failed to beat DR) no 5'step in difficult terrain according to RAW

Cutlass trips Skeleton 7 as it moves forward

On Natalyah
Skeleton 1 Broken scimitar1d20 ⇒ 13 1 claw 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (4) - 3 = 1

Skeleton 2 Broken scimitar1d20 ⇒ 6 1 claw 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (15) - 3 = 12

On Inkathru
Skeleton 3 Broken scimitar1d20 ⇒ 6 1 claw 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (7) - 3 = 4

Skeleton 4 Broken Broken scimitar1d20 ⇒ 4 1 claw 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (10) - 3 = 7

on Uchendu
Skeleton 5 Broken Broken scimitar1d20 ⇒ 11 1 claw 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (5) - 3 = 2

Again the skeletons fail to connect

Inkathru screams infrustration as she swings again1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19 finally striking home just hard enough to lay one of her foes to rest.
damage1d12 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9 (Skeleton 4 down)

Uchendu demolishes his remaining foe (Skeleton 5 down)

Male Half-Elf Oracle (Juju) 5

Seeing that Natalyah is still being double-teamed by two skeletons, Uchendu moves to assist, bringing his morningstar around in a powerful sweep...

Morningstar: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24, threat...
Roll to Confirm: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22, for 2d8 + 12 ⇒ (4, 6) + 12 = 22 Bludgeoning and Piercing damage.

Scarab Sages

Seeing Uchendu to rush over to help Natalyah, Amisi waves her hands and points a finger towards one of the skeletons Skeleton 3 to help out Inkathru.
A bolt of force is unleashed and hits the skeleton

Magic Missile 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Uchendu moves up behind Natalyah's oponents as Amisi reduces skeleton 3 to a jumbled pile of bones.. Uchendu cannot attack till next round.please try and not post ahead of the combat it just confuses everyone

Atzi?

Female / Female Human: Jambala Jaeg Descendent) and Deinonychus Saurian Shaman LVL 4

my bad I thought we were into the next round >.<

Atzi and Quetza move over to Amisi and provide her support, or at least a shield of flesh and armor between her and the advancing skeletons.

Quetza is still Defending and moves with Atzi.
MA: Move next to Amisi
SA: Load my sling

Round 4, init 21

"Sen viekôn!*", Natalyah growls as her shortsword bounces of the bones without impeding the skeleton appreciably. Evading the slashes and claws she spins around to kick the legs from under her opponent.

* Elven:

Damn it!

Standard action to perform a trip (provoking a AoO from the skeleton). Since i'm ahead of Uchendu i guess i'll target the skeleton he bludgeons to death with his next attack.
Trip roll: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23

Dang, should have used that for a shortsword attack instead...

AoO 1d20 ⇒ 4

Skeleton 1 takes a wild slash at Nat as she spin kicks it's legs from under it the undead thing landing on the collection of ropes scattered over the deck

Male Half-Elf Oracle (Juju) 5

Ah. Sorry DM Wellard. You have been posting a 'skeleton attack summary' at the end of the round, so I assumed it was time for the next round. My apologies.

we are now on Round 4 as Nat has so helpfully posted..Uchendu could have mmoved after his attack as apart from the prone skeleton 7 the only other opponents are Nat's

Male Half-Elf Oracle (Juju) 5

Right. Well, Uchendu will still move over to assist Natalyah.

ok and I'll count your roll as the AoO on the skeleton as it risesin round 4

Round 4

As noted above Natalyah knocks Skeleton 1 to the ground as it rises Uchendu smashes it to smithereens with a mighty blow a the same time as skeleton 7 falls to Inkathru's axe

I'm going to assume that the three unengaged characters are not going to move into the combat on the lone surviving skeleton

Inkathru1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22 Damage 1d12 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

Skeleton 2 continues it's mindless and ultimately futile attack on the elven ranger.

Scimitar1d20 ⇒ 4 claw1d20 - 3 ⇒ (17) - 3 = 14

Inkathru moves in her axe blade gleaming in the sun but misses her stroke this time on the sloping deck.

1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 Damage 1d12 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14

Uchendu to go.

Female / Female Human: Jambala Jaeg Descendent) and Deinonychus Saurian Shaman LVL 4

Round 4 Ini 6

Atzi whirls her sling and lobs a rock at skeleton 7 intent on beaming it upside the skull. >=)

SA: Attack skeleton with sling 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 1 = 14
Sling Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 2
MA: Reload sling

Male Half-Elf Oracle (Juju) 5

Nodding in satisfaction at the competence of his allies, Uchendu brings his morningstar around to smash the skull of the last skeleton...

Morningstar: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20, for 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 Bludgeoning and Piercing damage.

With a mighty blow Uchendu sends the skeletons grinning skull flying off into the waves offshore.

Fight over

202 XP each

and that Ladies and Gents should push you over the threshold for level 2 please give details in the OOC thread of your character upgrades.

On searching the ship you find the following(spoilered for length)

Spoiler:

Opening a cork-stopped gourd [3 cp] you find several pieces of relatively inexpensive jewelry.

There is a copper ring topped by square-cut banded agate [10 gp], a gold-plated nose ring etched with spiraling lines [4 gp], a calico moss agate the size of a large pea [11 gp], and a small silver pendant showing a woman in a long flowing dress dancing lovingly with a bear on its hind legs [22 gp]. Tangled with this, you find a slender silver chain bracelet with an onyx bead [29 gp]. In the bottom is a tiny silver whistle in the shape of a robin [2 gp], a small cube of milk white halite [3 gp], and an ivory ring with an inset figure 8 of smooth onyx [20 gp].

In a backpack you find a length of fine rope [silk, 50 feet, 10 gp], two heavy gauntlets of gray leather [2 gp] and a spool of strong black thread [3 cp]. Two large-eyed needles stick in the thread coils [needles, 5 sp each]. A small ornate metal box [5 sp] lies underneath. It is silver colored [tin] with raised golden designs [copper wire]. The top pries off to reveal a pack of heavy paper playing cards [5 gp]. In a linen bag are three tightly rolled strips of cloth, a one-edged blade, a pair of plain tweezers and three round boxes. Two of the boxes are partially full of salves with herbal smells, each different. The third looks used but is empty [healer’s kit, 40 gp]. At the bottom of the pack are coins [2 sp, 5 cp]. Wedged between the seams you find 3 coins [3 gp] and a flawed, redspeckled gem [bloodstone 40 gp].

You find a smooth whalebone box [14 gp] the size of a large book. Jocular smoking men have been carved into the lid. Once opened, you discover fragrant, extremely high quality pipe weed[13 gp]. A finger-sized copper figurine [23 gp] of a goddess with the head of a tigress is buried in the tobacco.

In the pocket of a sea coat are several coins [3 gp, 2 sp, 10 cp], a small piece of cheese wrapped in a waxed cloth [4 cp if edible] and a pair of tweezers made of gray metal with enameling on the sides, showing a miniature set of flowers in a garden [6 gp].

A cotton and bamboo hand fan [8 gp] unfurls gracefully to depict the stately, domed palaces of a famed metropolis(Katapesh), the intricate design painted onto the fan by a very skilled artist. The fan is held shut by an ingenious bamboo clasp, carved to resemble a mounted knight dipping his lance to a lady; their clasped hands form the 'lock'.

Sweet, i thought we were on the medium progress track. I'm not complaining, just surprised :) I'll post an update in the ooc thread. How do we handle hp?

my bad..I was working from the totals given by Uchendu but I called it so it stands...we'll shift to medium track from now on.We'll treat HP as per PFS standard rules..that is half hit dice+1 plus Con and favoured class bonuses

DM Wellard wrote:

I don't mind keeping us at lvl1 and using the medium progession.

As the last skeleton is smashes to pieces Natalyah moves to the rail and scans the surroundings to check if the fight has attracted any attention from the wildlife on the island. (Perception check is needed: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 11 = 22).

If she sees or hears nothing she moves back to the deck and crouches at one of the heaps of now non-animated bones. "I liked the other ones better", she says as she picks up a skull and weighs it in her hand before putting it back down.

Natalyah stands back up and helps to search the wreck, but is seemlingly unimpressed with any findings.
