Yes and no.
That’s what the players were expecting. But the DM added a plot twist, where the cardinal instead ordered you to be watched and tested.
Or something along those lines, I don’t actually remember what I wrote at the time.
The idea was to have someone not bound by the contract, just to put some more fire into things. pun intended.

I don’t know if you guys remember, but Kitara’s background had something about a druid circle attacked by Mitrans and how her ‘mentor/teacher’ was burned on a pyre, but his animal companion had survived.
Well, I had planned back then, that the tiger could fit very well the role of animal companion from a druid, and that could be interesting, Kitara trying to tame him.

SO if we want to keep this thing, a rather intelligent and hostile tiger we are no doubt going to have to magically control it because I am no trainer.
Plus do we have anyone who can expand the caves. I reckon trading one tiger for the Slurks and Tazelwyrm is fair

I have no issue's with chaining the tiger up in C1.
...and I also realized I don't have a room assigned. I noticed that there are two rooms up on the third floor that presumably belonged to former players. Perhaps those would be a good bet?
