My choices are Archer, here, and an Undine Watersinger Bard named Z'hor'll. Z'hor'll is far lighter of a character, but probably far less effective. I think he's 3rd right now.

Oh, it looks like we've got another erastilian here... so I may have to play Archer
"Archer"

Where are the rest of the players?
Melea Shemroe

Sorry, I didn't hear we were on until I asked this morning. A few minutes to update my sheet and I'll be ready.
"Archer"

Should we try and recruit two more? All of the other tables are at six, from what I can tell
Also, if I didn't say so earlier. I ran this back in 2013, GM
"Archer"

I have a player who is interested.
He is playing a grippli shaman, at 4th. Would be a great help. Fun player, fun character.
"Archer"
|
I let him know.
Too bad about Dain.
"Archer"
|
He's here!
Ok, I have also recruited a sixth, then. So, we can have a full table.

Yo!
Grippli can do a few weird things. His main claim to fame is being able to remove conditions as a standard action. This requires you to be within 30' of me and I need to make a diplomacy roll to convince the malevolent spirit to leave. If I fail by more than 5, I obtain the condition as well as failing to remove the condition from the other person. If I fail by less than five, I convince the malevolent spirit to inhabit me and leave the OG person with the condition.
My enchantment spells can also effect undead and constructs; yay crossblooded! Boo -2 Wis penalty!
Since this is a diplomacy check, Grippli's Diplomacy is kinda bonkers: +21 Diplomacy.
Things I can remove:
- Minor Conditions (DC 15): Fatigued, shaken, and sickened.
Major Conditions (DC 20): Dazed and staggered.
Severe Conditions (DC 25): Exhausted, frightened, and nauseated.
Dire Conditions (DC 30): Blinded, deafened, paralyzed, and stunned.
So if we ever need to talk someone down, our frog in Absalom is the one to do it.
Pig doesn't really do any thing. He just hangs out with me. And eats acorns. Lots and lots of acorns.

I kind of jumped in last night after talking to "Archer" out of game. Sorry about that. (I welcome all feedback on PbP, as it's not usual for me)
Tiefling Paladin of Iomedae. None of his oaths change any of his abilities yet.
Fire, electric, cold resist/5.
Immune to disease and fear. Aura of courage for +4 against fear for allies in 10ft.
My spell is Hero's Defiance. If I fall below zero, as an immediate I can cast it, use one Lay on Hands, and heal 3d6. If that keeps me above zero, I do not fall prone and continue acting normally.
I only have the spell once per day.

You are up, Arxus! Go ahead and post your actions! And make sure you read back about what is happening.
Arxus
|
Oh. I thought I was up in next combat, as in after the samurai went down. I will post an action.
"Archer"
|
Oops. Sorry, Missed that. You are right.
Melea Shemroe
|
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, Melea has resist acid, cold, and electricity 7 from combining her aasimar resistances and the Unscathed trait. I'll put that in my header.
| GM Hmm |
Hi Luke, I'm just coming in to wave at Arxus, who is playing his first PbP! I also see some other familiar faces in this game -- Hi, everyone!
Arxus, I am sure everyone here will help you get grounded in PbP, but if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
Hmm

Luke_Parry, would you like me to put my info on the info pages of your map/slides. I figure that would make things easier for you?
"Archer"
|
Sorry, guys, I got a little upset and pushed way too hard.
I take the blame for driving off our GM, and putting Shifty in this spot.
GM Batpony
|
Hey guys. Just checking in, let me get updated on all that's happen and will post soonest to let you guys continue the game.
"Archer"
|
Welcome. GM Batpony!
I assume we have a bunch of rounds for healing?
"Archer"
|
Understood!
"Archer"
|
GM Batpony, I assume you've contacted customer service to get the campaign into your control?
"Archer"
|
So, I realize that Archer can be very effective.... so, if you guys want, I can start pulling back... such as shooting only single arrows. I do want you all to have the chance to shine!
Grandfather Grippli

Make that two 5 Star GMs. Silbeg just likes to show off. ;)
GM Batpony
|
I'm glad to hear that! I've only been in the game for around 7 months or so! I'll be depending on you folk to keep me in check!
"Archer"
|
You are doing great, GM Batpony!
I should say sometimes I have trouble not taking advantage of "teachable moments"... or as Jon would say, keeping my mouth shut! Please let me know if you want me to back off ;-)

I agree. You are doing just fine. As Jack can relate, "Praise in public, correct in private."
GM Batpony
|
I'm more than happy to have rule comments! It helps me learn faster as well.
No worries Chamius, hop on in when you can! Since the group is so effective we're a little in front of most groups.

Archer's day job check -- I reserve the right to reroll if I haven't used it...
craft: bows: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
"Archer"

everyone, check out the second slide! Some information the GM will need!
Edit: I meant the second slide
"Archer"
|
I meant the chart, really.. but good point!

Thanks for letting us know!
About how much time do we have?
BTW, Atrux and I will be at a con this weekend (well, running the pfs portion of it!) but we will post as much as we can.

We'll be resuming posting tomorrow this time! This act should be rounding up this weekend. Have fun at con!
