Actually, Shakrall, Kern, Choot, and Hakak can all cast Cure Light Wounds. So, the wand can work for any of them. I made sure the were redundancies on that wand so that you weren't dependent on 1 character for healing and then screwed if he died
I don't like the sound of that, so I fixed it....

Given how most of his rolls go, I think you misspelled Hakak's name there. :)
Also, Hakak is still a terrible, terrible person.

And Choot likes him that much the better!

Shakraal Bloodscreamer |

A few question:
* Shrog and Gurt's tattoos - so we need a Spellcraft check to remove them? Who wants to wear them? I'm up for it.
* I read recently on a thread some stuff about a medium creature wielding an oversize (Large) weapon when hit with Enlarge Person is then treated as wielding a weapon one size bigger again. Can someone clarify what this means for me?
* Who took the +1 breastplate? What other armour have we found (can't remember who had the list - was it you Hak)? Just looking to gear up for Shakraal.

Dragonofashandflame |

1) the tattoos let the wearer take the face and sound of a human, Orc, or half Orc 5 times a day. Basically a hat of disguise but it can't be removed and it's more specific.
2) enlarge person makes everything one size bigger. So, a medium sized person with medium gear becomes large (and does large damage), large gear would become sized for the next category up and do appropriate damage with penalties for wrong size. Currently, we've been working under the assumption that your large stuff stays large and you grow into it.
3) no one claimed it as far as I know, and Hakak was doing the gear list, but, remember you get armor penalties

Kern Dead-eye |

Kern would be interested in the +1 breastplate if no one else claims it.

Choot Othul |

Choot would be interested in one of the Tattoos. What great fun to appear to be someone else!
Love the transmogrification Shakraal!

Sanguinem (Latin for Blood) ob (Orcish for Of - Black Speech of Tolkien) Exterminatore (Latin for Destroyer).
Sanguinem ob Exterminatore --- Blood of the Destroyer

I have been lax in my duties. To my shame, I cannot submit to the traditional punishing ways of our people. I am neither able to become pregnant, nor fetal, nor is there a dinosaur available to consume my bits. One must have standards.
I'll try to get the spreadsheet updated tomorrow.

Thoku the Bloodied One |

As awesome as the Sanguinem sounds it's not orcish that's the problem...

Thoku the Bloodied One |

Sucks I like the Latin but it dose not work with orcs

Shakraal Bloodscreamer |

@Kern - you're welcome to the breastplate! ;)
@Dragon, so are we changing how we have Enlarge work? What would the damage dice be, and the resultant penalty to attack? I'm currently getting -1 instead of -2 because of my giant hand trait thing.
@ All - Stormblood. Bloodstorm. Bloodstreamers. Bloody Screamers. Red Dawn. Bloodsprayers. Lotsabludd Kru.

Shakraal Bloodscreamer |

Love the transmogrification Shakraal!
Why thank you Choot. A girl needs to stay versatile. Accessorising the correct bloody- appellation with just the right avatar-of-feral-mania is more art than science, but one does one's best...

Thoku the Bloodied One |

Oh dang those things are pretty good too, I've been meaning of thinking up some myself but I've been too busy. Oh and I got to see everyone I've never been part of a group that has gelled so well together as our group does :-)

Kern Dead-eye |

Kern has claimed the +1 breastplate (it's now factored into his stats) and has a MW chain shirt leftover if anyone needs it.

Hakak & Fleshripper |

Hello, fellow perverted savages! This is your loot update. It has been [redacted] days since your last loot update. It's also been a day longer than expected, but I had a nineteenth century murder to finish sorting out. Samuel Collins of Doniphan, Kansas Territory, operator of a steam sawmill, was killed in self-defense at the end of his third confrontation in as many days with Patrick Laughlin. Laughlin walked away with a serious stab wound and the street looked like someone had butchered a hog. I mention this because, hey, we're clearly into that kind of scene.
I've combed the thread since [redacted] and added the subsequent hauls. However, I have a question and a declaration about some loot before I throw all the numbers together. This all pertains to the fetusnapping loot, as the prior stuff is straightforward.
Flaming Ash Dragon, in whose fire we all burn and from whence it originates we dare not ask:
1) Are the facial disguise tattoos priced like hats of disguise or differently, given they're both harder to remove and somewhat more functionally limited? I'd guess it evened out, but wanted to be sure.
2) I calculated the value of the captured spellbook this way:
I figured cost to copy and checked against a premade spellbook priced in Ultimate Magic. The Apprentice Chapbook of Rulthaven is valued at 155 gp. There's no special extras in it, so the cost should be just for the arcane content.
The chapbook contains eight first level spells, which would together cost 80gp to copy. The book itself, being a generic spellbook, is worth about 15gp. That brings us up to 95gp.
CRB cantrips not from opposition schools are assumed in the listings in UM. For a diviner (as Rulthaven is indicated to be) with illusion and transmutation opposed, there would be 15 cantrips at a value of 5gp each, for 75gp.
80+75=155gp. Looks like the cost of the book is neglected, which seems reasonable considering.
Thus the mask, which contains
2nd- Vomit swarm
1st- Cause Fear, Command, Ear-Piercing Scream, Interrogation, Long Arm, Transfer Tattoo
Comes out to 60+40=100gp
For everyone: I think I got all the allocations posted. Since the spellbook is a familiar mask thingie just like Shakraal's, I put it there. I don't think Kraq could learn spells directly from it. That left the scrolls. Some of these are clearly arcane stuff for Kraq and allocated as such, but a few could be used by some others:
Ice Armor is cleric/druid
Face of the Devourer is cleric/druid/wizard
Firebelly is cleric/druid
3) I did not include the values of human slaves or orc whelps, since I'm not sure what we decided to do with them and I'm not sure what their worth is.

Dragonofashandflame |

enlarge person makes the gear one categorty larger. So a large falchion becomes huge. Giant hand trait would keep the penalty at -1 because it's still a size too big for her even at large. I guess we're using enlarge person the way it's supposed to be.

The tattoo is called a Kin's Face Tattoo: It is worth 1600gp (800gp to make. requirements: Inscribe Magic Tattoo, disguise self.
2) I calculated the value of the captured spellbook this way:

These are appropriate costs. Learning spells from the mask will destroy the mask. But, it's also going to fall apart soon(ish), too so it won't matter.
3) I did not include the values of human slaves or orc whelps, since I'm not sure what we decided to do with them and I'm not sure what their worth is.
Because I am sick, I looked up the prices of slaves. The human slaves are worth about 75 gp apiece and there are 4 of them for 300 gp total. The orc whelps are worth about 25 gp apiece and there are 4 of them for 100gp. The orc noncombatant adults (females and whatever) are worth about 50gp apiece and there are 4 of them for another 200gp.
total slave whelp gp: 600gp, if you wish to claim them

They're on the sheet now. Be a shame to throw that much gold away. Maybe we should take some and train them in a useful skill to increase their price? Of course then we need a minder for them while we adventure. Plus how many of us have useful-for-slaves skills to hand out? If anybody knows carpentry or something, we could be in business but aside that, eh. Hiring a tutor doesn't seem very orcy and both cuts into our future profits and exposes us to more risk if the markets change or we have to liquidate in a hurry to get cash. Ideal market for generic, unskilled slaves would probably be a plantation somewhere but I suspect not many of those in Belkzen. And aren't we quite far from any major power that practices slavery? Yeah, these hands aren't a good place to speculate. Unless there are slave mines or something. That could be something to look into.
Nineteenth century problems.

Dragonofashandflame |

There are mines in most of the mountains. Slavery is practiced throughout Belkzen and in the nearby nations: the Realm of the Mammoth Lords, Irissen, and Sarkoris. The tribes of Eastern Varisia and the monster and giant clans of the mountains and wastes surrounding (and in) Belkzen also practice slavery. So, if you want to sell them, there's that.
You can always cash in fame to gain more tribespeople

Shakraal Bloodscreamer |

Dragon - how much Fame did we get fro our escapade assaulting the Twisty Darkbelly Grimbads?
So are we the Bleeding Storm? Seems everyone is in favour. I think I would prefer Stormblood or Bloodstorm, but if the weight is carried... Bloodrain? Bloodreign...

Choot Othul |

I think we should sell the slaves for now, the Gold can help us more than the slaves can at the moment.

Shakraal Bloodscreamer |

Seconded. If we journeying off into giant land we can't feasibly keep a tribe behind managed very well. Unless Choot turns them all into undead chattel...

Choot Othul |

Bloodstorm?

Storyteller Shadow |

Bleeding Storm just seems more orcy to me, twisted nail and all that stuff, just seems 2 words works better.
Alright, I am sold then!

Thoku the Bloodied One |

I hope kraqs ok...
