*blush* Flattery will get you everywhere. Seriously, i struggled writing that thing for a day. It just didn't want to come together the way I wanted it. I'm still not satisfied but, meh. It needed to happen. Thanks for the compliments, though. I'll try to be worthy of them in later posts.

Very excited for the game. This is going to be an excellent group of characters to interact with! I've never played a truly evil-themed game before, so that might take some adjustment. Kern is pretty Neutral, though, so hopefully he can be the voice of reason without being percieved as a little b*%ch. LOL

I never miss an opportunity to make separate aliases for my characters' Eidolons, Animal Companions, Pets, Familiars, Undead servitors or even Mask-wearing versions etc. Makes it seem more like a distinct entity, though I guess making separate posts could be a chore. I must just be a sucker for posting... Each to their own though... ;)
Great idea. I will create a separate profile for Thrall when I get a moment on my computer, hate making profiles on my phone.

It hats a neat idea. It might go and do that for my characters if they have things that I decide to let act independently
Hi DM, Thrull's profile is up for ocassional posting, let me know if there is something I missed, I believe the HP and Base attack are correct but as a 3.5 DM, I have not dealt much with creatures in Pathfinder.
Sweet! will look! I still get 3.5 and pathfinder mixed up, sometimes, so I know how it goes!
also, lemme know if you guys want to move and explore more stuff, or whatever. Or, you can just go and do it yourselves. the next "plot" thing will be the Trials. There are eight (you don't need to do any, or you can do all of them. Each gives prizes, along with 'fame' that you guys can cash in later for stuffs: favors, influential die rolls at opportune moments, etc. they're also how you're interviewing (without really knowing it) for a job). I'll have more about the trials in another post.

Ya, i PM'd him. he hasn't gotten back. He also evapoorated from another game i'm playing in. I'm hoping that he'll check in. I'll give him a week--because life, and then I'll ask if someone else wants his spot. Or just go with one of the other submissions. Or stay with 5. eh.. decisions.
I PM'ed him about this and the Runed Citadel (yes, Runed not Ruined - I leave my typos for my Gameplay posts :p) game. But no answers yet.
If Mogrun doesn't show, I think another character would be good, to delimit the effects of the future loss of any other players that might drop which is inevitable in any game, table top or PbP.
@dragonofashandflame - you know I'm totes going to dip Barbarian next level right? Lemme know if this is a problem...

Eventually, combat will come up (probably sooner than later, since you guys are orcs). This will require maps. I'm using GoogleDraw for my other game, but it's ugly and clunky to set up. But, it's free and easy to access.
I just discovered Roll20 which is nice and pretty and I an let you guys control your characters without worrying about doing anything to anyone else's characters (or the rest of the map). Problem is, it takes an account (free) and is a little more difficult to access (not sure if it works via smartphone or tablets).
Which do you guys prefer? I will acquiesce to your whims.

I am fine with either, I use roll20 for many games.
I'm cool by Roll20.
I'm good with either as well I already have a roll 20 account, for the game I run I use Google docs just because roll29 is blacked at work for some reason %_%
Ach, Roll20 is painful for me as I do almost all of my posting from my smartphone.
I do have an account, but I would be delayed from time to time.
I say go for it.
So just a few questions before I proceed:
* Is this current Trial a team event? If not, Shakraal is like as not to enter herself enlarged and unleash her mutant eye, regardless of the risk - if she wins, all the good to her, if she loses she wastes an opportunity to Aid Another on Kern.
If it isa Team event she'll just Aid Another on Kern.
* Are we looking to enter all the trials? I'd like to enter all of them, just not sure if they happen all in one day nor what the prizes are. In this way I'm merely trying to ascertain where to place my limited spells...
I'm really only going to try for 3 of them so...since that's what me currant skill set is for ^_^

re: the Trials: I foolishly left this open to you guys. The Trials can all happen in one day, or on separate days. So you have total control over the order and the number of trials you do. This first trial basically requires one "boaster" and everyone doing whatever they can to support that person to make the biggest impression they can. You could use spells to embellish his story, skills to aid another, or maybe things like perform or whatever to add music or pantomime the story. Or do anything u can think of
Prizes: respect from the tribe (thinking a metric fame. I'm anticipating this will be of more value in later books). +2 bonus on future trials (cumulative). Since orcs gamble on these trials, there is a cash reward for doing the trials. Also, each winning contestant gets to choose 1 piece of gear from the losing contestants (they only get one pick)
In the case of Choot and Kern, the highest check will be the "lead" and the lowest check will default to an aid another. You can embellish the stories as much as you want, and I'll follow the same pattern until I declare a winner: predetermined DC (which I probably should tell u guys)

..and this is what i get for answering posts right when i wake up...
You can..1) Compete yourself
2) Aid another through Cha/Perform/Intimidate/Diplomacy/Bluff checks
3) use spells to set the mood (and gain bonuses/penalize the opponents) no clue what these would be other than cantrips and some illusions/enchantments.
So, If Choot is flavor-texting an aid another (by showing off how super!awesome Kern's comrades are), then his success add to Kern's. If Choot's competing, then people need to choose who to support.
Now, let's ask Choot what his intent was
