Andrezi hits the guard, but not for enough damage to drop him.
The driver leaps from the carriage and runs. A worker flees to the front of the boat.
The guards try to close ranks. Quill is hit once for 5 damage, Andrezi is missed, and Sidoze takes 8 from a strong rapier thrust. The crossbow gusrds dropped their weapons and drew their blades.

Sidoze gasps slightly at the blood loss gritting his teeth he snarls at the guards and strikes back. Whipping the well made rapier at the guard. "Why do we even have muscle if they arnt here to be helpful." Sidoze mutters to himself before glancing behind the pair of guards to see where his allies were.

Even with the low roll, you did it. Technically, an attack and intimidate are standard actions, so you can't do both. If you just say you demonstrated your prowess with a free miss, then tried to intimidate (you could have hit him, but just flashed your blade), that would fly.
So, you hit him, or else you shook up all guards within 30' of you by telling them what they're up against. Your call.
Not telling you how to play, but your intimidate is impressive.

well to be honest if it had been a critical like I was hoping I would say no instead I guess Sidoze would rather scare the shit out of them and go on about the gangs business so ill swap it out for the intimidate roll gm thank you for the option. Ill go ahead and reflavor it though
Sidoze gasps slightly in pain as the guards attack lands. In sudden anger Sidoze pulls down his mask snarling and manages to hiss out "Last chance for you both to run before my companions get here." And then adds almost as an after thought"And before I lose my self control." letting his slightly extended canines show as his twirls his rapier expertly.

Mijndert hurls himself down the dock towards the guard threatening Andrezi and Quill. He drives his shoulder into the man's gut, driving him to the ground and, doubling his fists, drives a solid blow directly to the back of the man's skull.

The injured guard goes down. Andrezi misses the other one, who swings on him and misses, then backs up, giving Quill an AoO.
The x-bow guards attack Quill and Sidoze, but they both miss. They 5' in towards the boat.

Mijndert rushes forward and attempts to wrap his meaty hands around the guards neck. Unfortunately this guard has seen enough of what Mijndert's all about to allow that to happen. He bobs and weaves and generally avoids the heck out of the brute.

Just then, a ray of singeing fire flies out the door at Jared, and misses him!
In the torchlight, he now sees a lightly-armored man holding a wand in one hand and a dagger in the other. He looks like the picture of Dhugash.
The guards obey, and my red d20 fails them, too. They all miss!
