Illes Elandru |

Illes draws his rapier while singing a soft quiet melody. The bard ducks down touching Vethran and then slowly backs out the door holding his blade in front of him defensively, wincing from the wound in his side. "Come on Vethran, we have have to get out of here!"
MA: Draw rapier
SA: Casting Defensively 25 (19+6) Cure Light Wounds. 7HP (5+2)
5' Step to D25

Alwyn Agnarrson |

As Illes steps out of the doorway, Alwyn finally spots a goblin. With a roar, he charges it, smashing it to the ground.
The aforementioned charge from B19 to C26, attacking the goblin in C27. Attack 12+4+2(charge)-1(power attack)=AC 17. Damage 12+3+2=17. Hey, max damage! Hopefully that'll bring him down.

Dravite Schorl |

Dravite grins at the remaining lil' fella and says "Nitey-nite, Heee-heee!" and destroys the gobbo between Larken and himself.
To hit=23(25 for flanking), and 15 damage.
He then walks to B15, dripping gore from his hook, with a wide grin plastered on his face.

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

The remaining goblins, seeing their leader slain and their numbers decimated, start withdrawing. They make a dash for it, while the one engagd by Elisile staggers in a slightly wobbly fashion, and they head back down the stairs.
Withdrawal actions from all, so no AoOs. Eilisile's is on 0hp, so he only makes a single move action. As a result he is at the bottom of the stairs at E26. The others are much further on. If you pursue, combat continues, otherwise it ends.

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

Charging is basically impossible as (a) Elisile is in the way and (b) the goblin is at the bottom of the stairs. You could feasibly jump over the bannister rail (requiring a Jump roll) and then take some falling damage (possibly negated by another Jump roll) and land in the square next to it, and then maybe (if your first jump roll was enough) attack. But it is Eilisile's go next, anyway.

Alwyn Agnarrson |

Elisile needs some healing, anyway. Perhaps we should take a couple of rounds to regroup? On reflection, I'll use my first action to cast cure light wounds on her.
Also, we need to find Ameiko. As the baddies were coming up from the basement, that's where I assume they've stashed her.

Dravite Schorl |

Dravite moves to the top of the stairwell, looking and listening for any signs of the Gobbos coming back up while the party regroups.
"We cannae be tarryin' long! Dos gobbos did no meet me hook yet an' de be havin' a standin' appoin'ment fer sum hookin'! Be gettin' yerselfs togedder an' lets roll! Hee-heh, te-hee."
"Hey mage, do ye be havin' a spell ta be helpin' clean off Diaper-boy o'er dere? The stench o' hagfish-crap be messin' up me nostrils!"
Someone please cast Prestidigitation and mop Hudak up!

Hudak |

my wife learnt a new English expression on t.v.
"I thought that whole thing was tits up for a while there.
Then, I started getting visions. I....thing the hagvish water was magic. We might have to drink some more, to get visions."
edit: wow, you can't say the word that starts with t and rhymes with zit on the boards.

Illes Elandru |

Given a moment to breathe Illes retrieves the wand and activates it to stop the bleeding from his side. The bard closes his eyes in relief as the wound knits itself closed and breathes a little easier.
"Little sneaks must have tunneled in down there! That or they chose to hide in the dark when there was a door to escape through right here. Anyone see Ameiko?"
Wand CLW: Myself - 2 charges 4 (3+1) and 4 (3+1). Does Larken need healing? If we are pursuing, I'll heal Vethran's last 2 hp also.

Alwyn Agnarrson |

"We've got a knocked-out goblin back in the factory room and this guy", Alwyn says while prodding the unconscious half-elf with the toe of his boot. "That should be plenty of prisoners, at least for now. However, we need to find Ameiko - the remaining goblins are surely not just whiling away their time waiting for us to come and kill them. They may decide she's just slowing them down, and we need to find her before that happens. Lets get the last of 'em!" With that, he grabs his sword and clambers down the stairs.
When I cast cure light wounds on Elisile, I burnt the memorised bless spell.

Vethran Tallomane |

Vethran clasped the Shoanti on the shoulder firmly. "Do not blame yourself. None of us could have known. Desna's stars saw fit to guide me through this battle and it is her will that these events have passed this way. We are all alive and that is what matters."

Elisile Starbrow |

As the wounded goblin staggers away from her towards the stair, Elisile looks for an opening to strike it down, but between its warily waving dogslicer and her own leg wound, she is unable to finish it off without exposing herself to attack. No matter, she thinks. A moment to regroup and we will be after them in force.
Her thought is interrupted by the warming, healing hand of Alwyn upon her injured leg, magically knitting together the worst part of her wound. She nods in thanks, then hurries over to retrieve her bow.
“Agreed,” she answers the cleric, “we must find Ameiko quickly. However-” but Alwyn is already racing down the stairs.
“However,” she continues, looking at the rest of her companions, “we should ensure that this one,” she gestures to the crumpled half elf, “is secure. It appears that he may be the key to the goblin raids. It would be unfortunate if he managed to crawl away.”
“Hudak of – oh,” Elisile averts her gaze up to the ceiling as the Shoanti changes his britches. “… Perhaps you could carry him with us? We may need information from him as we go.”
With that, Elisile moves to the top of the stairs, seeking Alwyn below.

Alwyn Agnarrson |

"Hey, look at that. This must be where they came in. But where did they go? While it makes sense to think they ran back from where they came, it could also be a ruse. Hmmm..." Suddenly uncertain about where to run, Alwyn waits for a party member or two to catch up. "Dravite, you know how to follow a trail, right?"
Any tracks in the dust beyond the demolished wall? Bloody footprints? Drag-marks? Screaming from one of the corridors?

Elisile Starbrow |

Dravite heads down the stairs beside Elisile. "That were a fair-to-mean wound ye took, and ye bore it wit' no complaint. Glad ta be seein' that ye be alrigh' Miss Starbrow."
“I was foolish,” replies Elisile, finding it easier to interpret the dwarf’s accent this time. “So focused was I on our embattled wizard that I underestimated the skill with which those goblins wield their crude looking weapons. I am glad that you stayed focused on your task back there, Dravite Schorl.”

Larken |

Larken comes out at a limping trot, bleeding freely from two wounds.
I'm hurt for about 1/2 my hp, so some healing would be nice (I need 5)
Listening to his companions, he glances at the unconcious half-elf, and then at the stairs, and as everyone begins to head downstairs, he shakes the blood from his rapier and slides it into his scabbard.
"Give me a minute," he says, pulling rope from his rucksack, "and I'll tie this fellow up so tight he'll think he's died and gone to the Hell of Being Hugged to Death."
Can I take 20 on rope use? If so my check is 25, otherwise my check is 22. It takes about two minutes to truss him up like a Desna's Day goose.
That handled, he draws his rapier and heads into the basement with his companions.

Dravite Schorl |

To Elisile: In nature fights be a contest fer life an' de stronger an' more vicious de bat'ler is determines who de winner be. Ne'er be discountin' crude an' vicious tactics fer dey can seem rudimentary but dey also can be very effective. *Looks down at his hook.* Me own tactics be borne of me rage from when me family was........Mayhaps another time, dear. I be thinkin' I need ta be keepin' me wits fer the moment an' sometimes emotion is a burden in de fightin'. Ah, looky here! Dere be our los' sheep.
I surely can be to trackin' dose gobbos. Survival=21 which would allow me to track the gobbos over hardground, not including any blood drips or any other extras.
See, dey pasted 'ere and headed dis way....

Elisile Starbrow |

Elisile nods, and crouches down beside the dwarf. “Indeed, but what do you make of these markings here?” she asks. “There are prints there and there, though they obviously fled back in that direction…”
Survival (track): 16+6 = 22. Trying to determine direction of prints, including older ones, which way these guys fled, whether there is more activity around the corridor or the tunnel, whether prints that may be Ameiko’s can be seen.
Is there any light source down here? If not, Elisile lights a candle to assist her low-light vision.

Elisile Starbrow |

Are we slinging Tsuto along with us, or do we trust to Larken’s knots? Not that I doubt Larken’s rope skills, but I’m worried that some goblin might wander in here and cut his bonds.

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

The two trackers notice recent goblin tracks, accompanied by blood spatters, heading past the demolished wall. However, there are tracks up and down both corridors. Past the demolished wall can be seen dusty-looking masonry, but the passage turns sharply north. Along the main passage immediately ahead of the stairs is what looks like a storage area for the glassworks, with a couple of wheelbarrows, but the main part of it is round a corner.

Elisile Starbrow |

“We’ll most likely find Ameiko by following the tracks through there,” Elisile indicates the demolished wall with a nod of her head, “but it may be worth investigating the rest of that storage area also. Or we could ask the brother.”

Vethran Tallomane |

"Lets not concern ourselves with a handful of stray goblins. We have a captive who I'm sure will be able to tell us what we want to know."
Vethran remains upstairs with Larken and the tied-up half-elf, searching him for any additional equipment... particularly hidden weapons.
Assuming he's still unconscious, I'm doing a complete pat-down on this guy, taking 20 on Search if I can. Hudak already got his pants, so it's not like he can hide anything there...
