She makes her way into the room, glances over the selection of books on the bookshelves, and opens the chest to see what's inside.

"Well, is that all of the mirrors? I don't remember seeing another one. Did we leave any doors unopened?"

"I suggest we head back to the previous level and check the mirrors there with this newest key. It's clear that these magical keys allow access to specific areas of the tower, and I suppose it makes sense that not everyone heading to where the winter portal is would have to troop through the raven aerie on the way there. Perhaps this key we've just found will provide access to the area we need."

you make your way back down to the previous hallway, and as you come across the mirror that you couldn't get to respond earlier, it now resonates with the new key you have acquired

A translucent image of a globe hangs suspended in midair, slowly rotating in place, above a summoning circle in the blue-tiled floor of this large chamber. Lines of arcane energy glow across the globe’s surface, faintly humming with power as they connect multiple endpoints in a radiant glow bright enough to illuminate the domed ceiling overhead. Many tables and shelves covered in books, maps, and large scrolls line the room’s circular walls, and a large ornate mirror hangs between two open windows to the west. Twin ice sculptures of demonic fiends flank a bubbling cauldron in an archway leading into a deep alcove in the southern wall.

however before being able to get your thoughts together, Radosek stands by the cauldron with a grin on his face, and a Goat by his side as the cauldron lights up with Summon: 2d3 ⇒ (2, 1) = 3, 3 small Ice elementals in front of him

As she pulls a flask from her pack she continues. "Sorry Chuckles, we didn't mean to spoil your tender moments with your livestock. Maybe we can find you a tin can so you two can make it up later?"

She then throws an alchemist fire at the ice critter Findurel just shot.

She glances up toward the big scary magic snow globe. "Wow. So that's it, huh? What do we do now, just smash it?"

Meanwhile, she goes to the southwest door and begins to look it over for traps and to see if it's locked.

"It's clear Radosek wasn't retreating. He's most likely gone to get help or regroup somehow. Our time here is limited. And this magic is obviously very powerful and complex. So I'd appreciate it if we could keep the idle chattering to a minimum."

A large bed, reading desk, padded chair, bookshelf, and storage chest furnish this long, angular room. Two windows provide ample light, and several paintings of winter scenes hang on the wall.
