No worries, just clarifying timeline. Because I'm one of those slightly OCD people who needs to do that...

Alright, ladies and gentlefolks. This is how I'll be doing things;

We're going with two classes. Partially this is because I forgot how much I hate winnowing down characters I like - I'm a big softy really - but mostly it'll be so if things slow down and we loose people I can 'fold' the classes into one group, and keep the game going. I tire of cool games shutting down because people stop posting. It's why I was initially going to have seven odd people.

Occasionally this will mean cross class events - it's too useful and interesting an option to ignore - but the two classes will have separate storylines, goals and such.

Theoretically this is twice as much work for me, but as I've mentioned before I have a lot of time on my hands. Honestly, I doubt two games will stop me reading the SCP Archives in there entirety.

To give me a boost, if I do need it, I may ask for volunteers from each group to help do some co-GMing with the other class, allowing them access to my evil plans for there opposite numbers. I'll give you a hint; being eaten by Fogmonsters is not only not impossible, it's downright likely. Then again, so is getting eaten by a haunted factory or wind-up zombies...you're probably gonna get eaten. We'll leave it at that.

Since I'm going to run two classes, I shall do things thus; tonight you find out the first four, tomorrow the next four and the final four after the deadline to give late entrants there shot.

Once we have twelve people, I will take...suggestions for who is in which class. Heck, so long as things go at roughly the same pace it could be possible to switch now and then. But I would like each group to be rounded, roughly, and each six members strong. And please wait until you know who has been accepted.

... and why yes, I am drawing this out unnecessarily. I've always felt anticipation to be the best spice.

Happy to see Khol and Sienna Six's android in the mix. Can't remember Muziel, I'll go back and check.

As far as rounded groups/roles I'm easy. Khol and Farash are definitely both melee tanks, so while perhaps we should be in different classes, if there's enough room or story I'm happy for us to be in the same class. Farash would likely be secretly intimidated by and (quietly) openly admire Khol's physicality.

Well met El. Funny, only people I've ever met who complain about Adelaide are all from people passing through and saying "Wow. That was a seriously weird place. Very flat, too many churches and what's with all the freaky goings on up in them thar hills...?" The "designed by weird Masonic geomancer" schtick doesn't help either...

Living here, it seems all my friends whine about it. "Adelaide sucks, we have no nightlife, we have no jobs, I wanna move to Melbourne, waaah waaah waaah..." Guess how many of them actually pack up and move to Melbourne? ;-)

I guess Adelaide is pretty weird, but hey. I was born here, I've lived here all my life. I have friends here, I have my favourite places to hang out. And we have some damn fine local metal bands, so I'm happy.

Haha, it's going to be interesting playing a mechanic-type character. I can't even check the fluid levels in my own car without something going wrong. My plan is to just make up a lot of technobabble and hope for the best.

Gameplay should begin in a day or two, depending on just how nasty the cold I'm getting is. I'm guessing it'll be fairly standard, but I also have a five day shift heading in, which might affect how I handle it.
