This character has some shenanigans. The 104 (158) for HP means that his max HP is 158 but at the beginning of the day he accepts 6 points of burn, therefore his effective HP is 104.

My apologies all. It was brought to my attention that I was playing the kineticist incorrectly. Thankfully my misunderstanding was remedied.

Two things
1) GM if you could take a glance at Magnetism the kineticist ability. Does it allow a CMD to basically 'bull rush' toward me? I ask because the wording is a little odd and that is how it has been ruled for me at my home tables.
2) Should it come into play Obsidean has 45% negation of criteria and sneak attack.

The only magnetism anything I'm seeing in the rules is a Magnetic Infusion that specifically isn't about bull rush. Is there another ability I'm not seeing? Do you have a reference?

You can push and pull metal objects using magnetism. This functions as telekinetic maneuvers but you can make only bull rush and dragAPG combat maneuvers, and can do so only against metal objects or creatures. If you use this ability on an attended metal object, you must exceed the creature’s CMD as normal, and if it’s holding the object, it must drop it or this ability pushes or pulls the creature.
You can perform combat maneuvers as telekinesis, but you use your Constitution modifier to determine your Combat Maneuver Bonus rather than your Intelligence or Charisma modifier. If you possess the telekinetic finesse wild talent, add dirty trick and steal combat maneuvers to the list of combat maneuvers you can perform; when performing these maneuvers, determine your Combat Maneuver Bonus using your Dexterity modifier instead of your Constitution modifier.

I figured it could be in any direction because it ends up being as per telekinesis, which I believe is, but your ruling is what matters.
Also, out of curiosity, what effect is causing a will save vs paralysis? (The only thing that I can think of is Hold Person, which doesn't affect me because I'm a tiefling)

Ugh. That's a good point on the paralysis. The effect does mimic Hold Person. The enemy would be able to recognize you as non-humanoid easily, though. He has options I could switch to, but you passed the save anyhow so it doesn't matter. Go ahead and take your turn.

Do you want me to reroll and such? Either way I would walk around the human, provoking and going back into the original intended location. If it exceeds his CMD by 15 he would be pushed against the wall and become prone.

A minor rules item that I want to point out because it's a pet peeve of mine, although in your case no correction is needed. Archibald has been casting for the last two rounds with a heavy shield in one hand and his weapon in another. I see this nonsense all the time from Paladins and the like. It's no bueno. You can't do somatics like that. (Bucklers and light shields work since you can move your weapon to the shield hand and back after the cast.)
Archibald and Hiram both have a class feature from their bard archetype that means there's no problem (they can do somatics with their bonded weapon) in this case. It's cool that it isn't a problem for them.

Amusingly, I looked up the wikipedia article for real-world wolfsbane (the thing Hiram is poisoned with) today. The description in the toxicology section sounds decidedly unpleasant.
