The creature pours along the wet ground, and then a psuedopod detaches itself from it's bulk and swings out at Kalasin.

Slam: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 11 = 22
Damage: 1d8 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13

The pseudopod slams into Kalasin despite her spell, and the sound of ribs cracking is only stopped by the sound of Kalasin coughing up blood as as red sprays from her mouth from the hit.

Now might be the time for revelations, this thing seems powerful

The creature swings the psuedopod back, but misses it's attempt on Goragg as he ducks under the arm. Unfortunately, Goragg misses his attack as well, off balance in the muddy water.

Cale moves up 15ft, realizes he can't reach the creature, and moves up beside Kalasin instead, to offer another target. Cale, do you close with the creature or do you stop next to Kalasin? You can close with it, although it got an attack of op on Goragg, it has reach. Your choice, need to know before I do the next round of inits, I moved you where you can get to with 15 ft of movement

Well, you saw him reach out and attack things at 10 ft, so yeah, Cale does know it. Apparently he just doesn't care. :)

Cale moves up and closes with the creature, but it appears it was too focused on Goragg to take advantage of the stone man's lack of care.

The creature swings the psuedopod at Goragg as he runs around it, and slams the watery appendage heavily into Goragg's side, making bones crunch and blood spray from the hobgoblin's mouth as well.

The blade slices through the creature easily enough, perhaps too easily, as Goragg doesn't see as much damage as he would like from the swing.

The pseudopod slams back into Goragg, smashing him again and again making blood spurt and bones crunch.

Kalasin cast a pained look towards Cale as he inquired to her state of being. "N-no..." It hurt, oh it hurt. She was not okay. 'I'll keep you safe. All you have to do, is let me out.' Let Her out? Was it really that simple? Hearing the pained noises from Goragg as he was hit, helped her make up her mind. She feared death, for her friends and herself, more than she feared them finding out anymore. If giving in helped save them...

With one last quick glance at her companions, she opened the door to the change, welcomed it. Her mouth filled with sharp teeth as it extended along with her nose to form a snout. Her ears grew longer, more pointed, and shifted more towards the top of her head. her hair faded to a grey-brown color and shortened while hair the same color sprouted up over the rest of her body. Her stance shifted more to the balls of her feet.

Her eyes flashed gold before settling back to blue, as the now wolf-human Kalasin stepped back and away from the creature. She eyed it carefully. While she could take more hits like this. She was still hurting from it's blows to her human form. A low growl escaped from her throat. She wanted to heal Goragg, but right now the only way to do so was to heal that... thing as well.

Sorry grim, your sneak attack doesn't seem to have done anything, nor has the critical. You're character realizes this thing doesn't seem to have any internal structure or anatomy, and therefore no vital spots. It also doesn't seem to be all that bothered by having enemies on either side, as instead of whipping it's 'head' around, grim notices that there are two indentations that look like eyes watching him from it's side

Grim takes a massive bite out of the creature and tastes hot water! Spitting the hot water out of his mouth to avoid a burn, Grim realizes this is some sort of elemental. His second claw misses, but the third claw hits.

The creature looks like about half of it's mass has been displaced.

It turns on Grim, not by turning, but by simply growing a head and arms facing him, and the big psuedopod of liquid slams at Grim.

Slam: 1d20 + 12 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 12 + 1 = 17

But Grim is only covered by water and mud as the thing slams into the ground next to him, causing ten foot high fountain of mud and water to spray up on all sides.

She sniffed at the water creature thing, cautious and on guard. Grim was babbling on about using it for food. It made her question his sanity. She decided to ignore his chatter for now, focusing on where she could get to help heal Goragg and not catch the walking Hot-Spring too. 'If... I can get over there, I think I can do it.' She made her cautious dash for the space in her sight, making sure to stay out of range (or so she hoped). After all, she might could take more hits now, but that didn't mean she wanted too.

Double Moving to try to get into a better position to keep Goragg from going down and not catching our water friend.

There is no nodule in the creature, oddly enough. As the group looks around, they realize there are dozens of the creatures around the water spout, all floating in pools.

The group can move back and skirt around the pools, but will be unable to more closely investigate the water spout. Or they can go closer and try to investigate without stumbling over a creature.

The group gives the giant boiling hot springs and massive plume of water a very very wide berth. At the very least, they have found the cause of the near constant rainfall. Unfortunately the boiling hot water shoots up several thousand feet before spreading out like an umbrella, and the height seems to be cooling the water off rapidly.

It seems, however, that only the water creatures live here, as they encounter no more life forms as long as they avoid the plumes. They do, now that they know what to look for, see the occasional plume on the horizon.

Ok, ramping back up, sorry for the delays, will try to post more actively now. At least once a day. I need 3 survival checks. DC 20. Everyone with survival rolls, I'll take the highest roll for each slot (1, 2, and 3) and add +2 if anyone manages to make the 'aid other' DC.
