So how will rolls work? Roll on our own dice and post results?
Negative, in that screen shot I sent you and in that button below the text box (how to format your text) has a code on rolling dice. So if you wanted to do a perception check you would do dice 1d20 + 2 /dice (the dice and /dive are in [ ] though)All spelt out though it will look like,
This is a test. I have all but my spells chosen for Orsik Holyforge, Life Cleric of Tyr. I will have to experiment with the dice roll format etc. and also I will have to figure out how you know during your post whether or not your action (spell or otherwise) was successful. Give me a bit to get my backstory and entrance into this EPIC story figured out, and I'll be rolling right along side you guys, smashing Tiamat's servants in the face with my warhammer and spam healing your asses! Thanks again for including me in this kick ass 5.0 campaign.
I'm going to play with the format a bit to get more familiar with it.
