My subs now look to be shipping to Aus via standard mail rather than the priority mail I've set on the my subs page. Is this a glitch? I am concerned because i usually find packages et damaged via standard mail, but seem to arrive ok with the priority. Should I start a separate thread on customer service?

There were some people who have already recived their auth/spawn email and seen their stuff shipped. The bulk of people though should see their auth/spawn email today and a few of those *might* see stuff kick out for shipping today. Most people though will see the shipping email tomorrow or next week.

The auth/spawn has about 40 minutes left. Unfortunately that is an eternity to a squirmy, wiggle-fileld toddler watching Sesame Street songs sitting on my lap. I'm going to let it run and I'll check first thing tomorrow to make sure it finished.
Cat-thulhu, the second thing I do tomorrow is poke/prod your order into shape.

Agreed - highly appreciated :) now to try and sit patiently for the complementary PDFs to hit the download pile so I can tide myself over with reading that as my book makes its way to Australia (and then hope to the gods that the delivery driver from AusPost isn't complete inept and tries folding the package in half to fit it into the letterbox again like he did last month)

I hear you Mawgrim. I've had that happen a few times. Another reason to go with USPS priority - ships in a box which they can not fold!
Curiously my sub appears to have stepped up to USPS first class mail since I commented earlier, hopefully this will change since it's no faster or safer to where I live, and a hell of a lot more expensive for some reason.
Honestly Mawgrim if you have a larger sub its worth the increased cost for the added security and piece of mind. I've still had issues but they are always post issues. One thing I can say with certainty, Customer Service here is second to none.

If it wasn't just the Adventure Path sub that I have at the moment, I'd honestly not balk at the additional shipping cost to get USPS Priority. But adding extra subscriptions won't be happening until the other half starts working again, meaning I will have to stick with rolling the dice every month for the time being.
Also, I'm pretty sure that if the AusPost drivers could get away with folding the boxes, they would :P
Once I have the option to add extra material to my subs (and there are a fair few that have caught my eye over the last few months) I think I might take up the suggestion for the USPS Priority :)

USPS priority isn't showing as an option for me to change it too. I'm working with the tech team to figure out why.

The auth/order spawning is complete! It did have a few hiccups along the way and I am combing through to find people who may have been skipped (I estimate this was only a handful of people). If you are missing your March order, go ahead and start a thread for your issue and we will correct that.
If you need to make changes to your order, make sure to visit your order history first: Order History. If the changes you need to make cannot be done from there, please let us know ASAP. Customer Service is trying to get through as many requests as possible, as fast as possible, as the warehouse is already shipping things.

Hey Sara, I've been in contact a couple of times with someone in Customer Service (through email) about my subscription. I had asked if it could be shipped to another address for this shipment only, and had even given them the address, but haven't heard back or seen my shipment spawn. I'm just trying to make sure everything is going okay.
