Was that a nat 20?

Why, yes it was. Easier to tell now that I've fixed the code. Science!

Larry struggles against the gravity well, pulling his head up enough to fire his radioactive eyebeam at the flying mutant lion.

Eyebeam vs. Fort, attacking from prone: 1d20+5; 1d10+4+2
Saving throw: 1d20

Larry 20 is max damage or 16 damage. Good shot for being prone.

Larry fails the save and remains prone.

You can still move when prone but treat each square as difficult terrain.

Saves are done at the end of your turn (no action required). Roll a d20 and hope for a 10+. You can get bonus to that roll based on your origin but that won't apply against Laser.

T'witch, you still have a move and a standard action. Firing your eyes is a standard action.

T'witch moves slightly to keep Larry out of line of attack.

"I spy, with my burning eyes, someone who needs to go down!"

Eyebeam attack vs. Lion-thingie.

eye beams to hit 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17 vs Fort
dam 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13 Rad dam and -2 to all defenses if damages

save to end effect 1d20 ⇒ 6

Male Radioactive/Hypercognitive 1st

Larry will crawl to behind the rocks just north of the big skeleton in the map.

thinks to self, "Self, remember when picking cover to stand behind, that said cover will sometimes take cover itself. Giant head not best protection if head moves from between T'witch and danger."

The large flying lion has taken a barrage of radiation but it is still moving though it has an unhealthy glow at the moment. It has yet to slow its ardour to hunt for dinner.

The Hurl Choo continues to try to move further away while firing at the rat peltists.

Stinging Quills +8 vs AC Squeekz 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11

The Hurl Choo is almost out of quills and its battered efforts are pretty feeble.

Al Bayr is up next

Male Hawkoid/Yeti 1st

if I read right the beast is beside me, and the Hurl just shifted away 1 sq? I'm basing my attacks off of that.

Being in the thick of things, Al begins to worry. He decides that if he doesn't stop this beast it will surely be the end of him.

Tapping into his inner fury he strikes at the flying lion with his natural claws. Minor, Big Claws, 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11 vs AC, if it hits 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7 physical and it is slowed until EOMNT

In fear he then emits a shrill battle cry to fend off his attackers."SQUUUUAAWWWWWW!"

standard, Terrifying Shriek (close burst 2), Lion 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8 vs Will, Hurl 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23 vs Will. On a hit 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 Psychic, and slide the target 1 square. Slide the lion right 1, and the Hurl 1 closer to me if hit.

Trying to extricate himself, he backs away slowly. shift 1 sq left

Male & Female Rat Swarm 1

Never willing to turn down the opportunity to attack a weakened enemy Squeekz continues to pelt the Hurl Choo with rocks.

Attack = 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24, damage = 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

Gleefully, "Squeek, squeek!"

Male Half Orc Cleric 2 Fighter 2

Al Bayr's claws fail to cut the flying lion and the shriek doesn't seem to affect it.

The Hurl Choo drops under the shriek from Al Bayr.

Squeekz redirects his attack at the flying lion and pelts the creature with a flurry of stones.

I'll update and post the map later today.

Sorry, I haven't got the map updated yet.
