Wow. This is good stuff. I hope you have the time to continue with it.
Our group never moved from 3.0 to 3.5, much less 4.0, and now we're just starting to try out Pathfinder. Is "healing surges" actually part of that? It's something I associate with 4e, but there it is on your character generator, so...
Was it perhaps a Beta rule that got dropped in the final cut?
Also, I believe the choice to pick up an extra Skill point or a Hit point can be made at every level where a favored class level is taken; as far as I can tell from the toggle on your generator, it's always one or the other, is that correct?

Color me impressed as well.

Looks like you can choose one or the other depending on the total level of the character. I tested it with a 16th level druid, and I could choose from +16 hit points, +16 skill points, or somewhere in between.
Nice job with the generator! I bookmarked the page. :)

Ah! Very elegant indeed.

Looks Great! Awesome job.
The only comment/concern is have you made sure to get Paizo's blessing before making the web service available to the general public... I don't think they would mind, it promotes the game, but they may have requirements/legal stuff you need to make sure you have looked through.
Other than that, keep up the good work!

Add me to that list as well. Very nice.

Wow, this is just aces, can't wait to use it for my games! I'm so sending this to everyone else I know who plays! I'd just put in more room for non listed feats, as with people running other books (Even from Paizo), they're going to run out of alternative feat spacing pretty quick.
It might actually be an idea to add a button that adds more non-listed feat fields.

One thing you may want to include is aging effects on stats. I always play ( Old - Venerable ) clerics. Would be nice to have a character generator that incorporates the aging factor into your stats. Good work on the Gen though. Just have to remember to take the healing surges out for pathfinder. I do have some suggestions on the generator, if your interested to hear them.

Thanks for all the comments everyone!
To answer the posed questions:
D.Griff - Healing Surges is a house rule my gaming group uses. We did a short 4E campaign and that was one of the rules we liked, so we brought it over. Basically what we do is, as a full-round action in combat (or anytime outside of combat) you can use a healing surge for your hit die + Con bonus. Even if your Con bonus is +0, everyone gets 1 healing surge at minimum.
D.G. + George K. - Whichever class you choose in the primary character class section (the radio buttons) is assumed to be your favored class, and so the HP/SP slider total is always equal to the number of levels you take of that class.
AngrySpirit - I've been thinking about that, actually. I wonder if Paizo would even be interested in promoting it. I'll have to get with them about it.
N. Jolly + Chris P. - duly noted. More alternate feat slots added to my to-do list.
Arnim Thayer - Traits are just recorded by hand for now, below the feats section... including actual stat changes based on traits is something I will hopefully get to down the line.
winter5101 - Good thinking, that would be an interesting add-on. Listed.
Any additional comments, questions, feedback or suggestions - always welcome!

Yeah, this looks really cool. I'm definitely bookmarking this. I had a bit of difficulty with the prestige classes, however. The name "Custom Prestige Class" isn't removed when you give it a name. Additionally, there is no way to control class features such as increased spells per day, as well as other abilities. Oh, and for some reason, Wizards are given a generic bonus feat instead of Scribe Scroll. Really looking forward to using this, however.

Cool stuff! I'll be keeping an eye on this thread for sure and on the development of your utility.
One suggestion would be to have feats like Skill Focus, Weapon Focus, and any others that can be taken multiple times create a duplicate unchecked entry below themselves in the list whenever they are selected.
Also, on those types of skills a blank area where the skill or weapon chosen could be input would be a big help.
Keep up the great work!

And I should say .... very nice tool.
It would be nice if you could toggle off the house rules. One of my players found it on trovetoken through google and passed it around. Healing Surges kind of confused us for awhile and the martial weapon proficiency is also confusing.
But still....very nice. We likee.

Excellent work.
I will be using this frequently.
I just ran a quick test and I noticed it lets you select feats you do not qualify for. First level with greater weapon focus.
It also drops skill points to 0 with 7int fighters when I think there is a 1 skillpoint per level floor?
In any case excellent work.
Thank you

Very good work!
This really helps a beginner create a character - and an experienced player generate a character quickly (also important for a GM who needs a group of characters, like for a rival adventuring band or a convention game).
It does not replace intelligence-using, nor will it cover every possible iteration of characters. Still, I'm using it! I hope to see you expand on this sheet!
Good work!

Hey guys, thanks for all the comments. I've been busy with other things for quite awhile, but I'm back working on updates and bugfixes for the generator. If anyone has any other issues, bugs, or change suggestions, feel free to post on this thread and I will get to them when I can.
@N. Jolly + Chris Parker - the number of alternate feat spaces will be increased from 4 to 14 in the new version. I know for myself, with the release of the APG there are several feats my characters will be taking that aren't in the Core Rulebook.
@Ryan Costello - working on a way to implement the dual favored class feature for half-elves.
@Salty - I believe the number of feats given to wizards is correct (ie., I don't think it gives them an extra bonus feat instead of Scribe Scroll) but you're right, the Scribe Scroll box should be checked in the Feats section, instead of including Scribe Scroll in the Class Features the way it does now. Also, I'm unable to reproduce the "Custom Prestige Class" issue you're having. Whenever I type in a prestige class name, it renders to the final character sheet...
@Murlynd - not sure what you're getting at in terms of weapon proficiencies... the weapons section isn't finished, so I'm not aware of any character class being given any proficiencies whatsoever. Please explain and I'd be glad to resolve the issue. Hopefully I'll be including a house rules toggle of some sort as you suggested.
@PoorWanderingOne - nice catch. Working on the minimum 1 skill point per level issue.

So I'm liking pcgen. Only downside so far is I cant find armored kilt (my current character is wearing a +2 mithral chain shirt with a +1 armored kilt) but I'm sure I can flub it somehow. Thanks!
EDIT: Its also not adding up my natural armor correctly, it seems.
An Orc Invulnerable Rager 4/Sorcerer 4/Dragon Disciple 4 with an amulet of natural armor +1 should have a natural armor of 6 right?
1 from amulet+1 from Draconic Resistances+4 from Dragon Disciple. When I go to the sheet view it shows the draconic resistences under Special Qualities, it just doesnt add it in. It only shows a +3, presumably from the amulet and part of my Disciple levels. Any way I can manually fix this? Or did I do my math wrong?

No you are wrong, you should have 1 from draconic resistance, 2 from the dragon disciple PrC and 1 from the amulet. So a total of 4 natural armor. How much NA bonus does it show in your character sheet in PCGen?
