I am planing a campaign with 1-4 players you can play Kobolds, lizardfolk,
or a Skrimp. the Skrimp get +2con +2int -2dex.

bilt in armor thay are made of iron Scale mail.

Alignment... neutral, evil? Killing humans and babies on a stick?

no you can not be evil but you can a mean LN.

Guess what I'm asking is... is it scalykind vs. scalykind? Or fighting against halflings, gmomes, humans, etc... And, is the "opposition" evil?

So, that relatively speaking, we're the good guys?

The Skrimp are a race made by the lord of lizards a lizardfolk wizard but
when he did it he fell ill and his frends billt more but soon thay made
them selvs and bilt a land of metll and so the lizards and kobolds made homes on the land.

This is the starting place it is a land of deserts somps and playns
it has 23 villges 12 citys and 3 mager citeas 1 in the desert in the clowds and 1 in the sea.

the bad guys are the humans and dwarvs it last 10 years or war to mine the

you can yous the core books but not UC,
start at lv 1,
you must play a lizard like (or dragon like) Race you can all so play a Srun (Skrimp)

question the lizard folk, are you using the wayfinder lizardfolk race? or another lizard folk race?

a race i made up its name is Iore lizard folk thay are nice if you hath not dun evil but if you hath game over.

any traits?

2 but thay hath to be good traits for the campaign story such as charming.

Ok this is ulgulanoth's character, I'm not sure if the adopted trait will be allowed as I took it, if so I'll change it to something else

that trait will be ok.

the other trait is desert child, giving a bonus to saves against heat and fire effects

i looked at your sheat he can be played. so i will hath it open for one weak so do you know sum one who wood like to play .

the gods are sum ones i made up Ra, Set, Horis, and Toth.

Ra is LG and the god of the sun, Divine magic, and time.

Set is CE and the god of deserts, arcane magic, and Evil.

Horis is LN and the god of war, honer, and Battle.

Toth is N and the god of know it all as, Space, and Apes.

That is the gods of my campaign so.
