"What is it Flug? Did you feel a great disturbance as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror, and were suddenly silenced?"

"There's something in here with us!" Celif repeats, more forcefully this time. Trying to detect it, she stares into the darkness...
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28
Darkness! A sudden flash (sorry) of inspiration strikes her, and she quickly pulls out the old holy symbol she used before she acquired the Tabard of Septimus. A quick chant and she flicks it with one finger, causing it to light. (Just a regular light spell.) Spinning it around her index finger on its neck chain, she lifts it high into the air, causing constantly shifting light and shadow.
If this is an entity of darkness, then perhaps light will harm it. I don't expect that from a simple light spell, but maybe the shifting light source will cause it to shrink back, or make it easier to spot.

"There! There!" she shouts, pointing towards the ceiling near the mechanism. "Like a tiny black cloud!"
Can't do anything until her next round, but does she notice any sort of reaction to the light?

Flug continues working out the device, though it seems more like he's just running his hands over it.

The room is 35 feet per side, and it is up near the ceiling, so it is far out of your reach. You would have to do a ranged attack...
Nastrod is also able to see the object, which appears to be floating in the air near the ceiling of the room.

Nastrod flings a wooden stake at the object floating near the ceiling, but his aim is off and the chunk of wood sails far from the intended target.
Rufina and Thorgrim are unable to see the object floating in the room...

Imowen swings her mace at Flug attempting to knock his hand off the machine... 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4 and she raps him on the knuckles for four points of damage! You are not listening...I said to leave this device alone!

I still have Sanctuary (3 rounds left, DC 16 Will negates) active so Imowen will need to roll against it to succeed. Unless she already has.
Flug flinches from Imowen's attack and Gezzo's further threat seems to confuse him. He draws back a bit but doesn't remove himself from the device.
Demoralize DC for Flug is 15 (10 + 5 hit dice + 0 wis mod) so I'm shaken for one round!

He tosses the stake at it to study the reaction.

I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were waiting for Celif... hadn't noticed her name in the list yet for this round.
Celif scowls at the thing. "Well let's see if I can!"
She begins a chant, weaving her hands in an intricate pattern not previously seen, then sharply pushes both palms out at the thing, wrists touching... and an intense beam of sacred light streams forth.
Invoking Searing Light. Ranged Touch Attack; Spell Resistance applies (let me know if you need an additional roll).
Searing Light (RTA): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22 Any visibility penalties?
Damage: 2d8 ⇒ (7, 4) = 11 Presumes the thing is neither a construct nor undead.

Celif invokes the power of her diety, and a shaft of light beams from her hands, striking the dark orb! It instantly vanishes!
Imowen and Gezzo look startled, and gaze around the room in surprise, as if seeing it for the first time...

The spells affecting Gezzo and Imowen dissipate.
Rufina: The guardian of this room is gone. We have the crystal for the device in the room of Light. Let's leave this device alone and proceed to find the final white crystal.

"Hah! Take that!" she cries while shaking her fist at the spot the black cloud had been. "No one stands against the glory of Septimus!"
Then, looking around, she brings her fist to her mouth and makes an embarrassed little cough. "Sorry, caught up in the moment," she mutters.
"Gezzo, Imowen, are you alright?"
It's been a while in real time but I believe Imowen's injured? Anyone else?

Flug goes back to the room of earth and peeks through the west and east doors to the room of fire and room of water. He steps back.
"We must t-traverse these rooms to find others."

I say to Celif, Thank you so much for the healing, Celif! I was injured quite a lot but am quite a bit better now.
Then I say to Flug, You are confused, Flug. Come back in here. We need to check out what is behind the 3 doors in THIS room next. Which one should we open first?
Without waiting for a reply, I go and open the east door and peak in and look around. Then I proceed to the south door and open it and look around. And lastly I go to the west door and open it and look around.

Imowen and Flug open the doors in the wall of the Dark room, and discover they reveal the following:
Opening the east door, they look into the south doorway of the Water room.
Opening the west door, they look into the south doorway of the Fire room.
Opening the south door, they see a room not yet encountered. All surfaces of this room appear to be made of clear glass. The planet of Saemyyr is visible through the floor many miles below, and clouds float past the floor, walls and ceiling. Three other doorways are evident, located centrally in the transparent walls. A transparent crystal orb radiant with white and yellow sparkling motes sits atop a strange device in the center of the room. A rod of white crystal lies on the floor adjacent to the device.

"Imowen, don't you dare go rushing into this room! You can't fly and neither can I!"

Flug goes through the door and just barely steps into the room of Air. He stands upon something solid, and a wind blows steadily past him. He can see the white crystal laying beside the device in the center of the room, and he also notices that the device has four clear crystals in it, with its gauge pointing at 80 percent.
The map is updated.

"Oh, I don't know," Celif says with a relieved grin. "Maybe because you do that all the time?"
Watching Flug "walking on air," she adds, "Looks like it's not as dangerous as I thought, though."

Flug approaches the device in the center of the room. When he gets within 10 feet of the device the air in the room begins to stir and gain velocity! Flug obtains the white crystal, and as he turns around he sees whirlwinds of air forming cloud-like creatures with dark hollows reminiscent of eyes and a mouth. A howling wind whips them into ominous shapes, which attack!
