Well, with a roll like that, it was no doubt the Earth elementals would go last. We shall proceed in two groups - the PCs, and then the creatures of Earth.

Round 1: PCs

Rufina twirls her spiked chain and swings it at the earth elemental 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19, and the weapon strikes it 2d4 + 1 ⇒ (2, 4) + 1 = 7 hard, knocking a chunk of stone off its midsection!

Gezzo moves into the room and follows the rest of the party pulling out his morningstar. He attacks the same creature as Imowen.

The southern door opens and reveals almost utter darkness. The walls, floor and ceiling of this room are constructed of a hard black substance that seems to absorb any light source in the room.

Certain actions are precluded between rooms. You must enter the room with the torch before using or tossing it.

Your knowledge comes up rather empty. You have never seen such a material as the black walls of the adjacent room before, and have no idea what they are constructed from.

Gezzo manages to just barely see a strange device in the center of the room. The light from his torch seems to be dampened in the room, and it only illuminates an area about 10 feet in radius. A black crystal orb atop the strange device roils with images of dark substances and smoky tendrils. The walls, floor and ceiling of this room are constructed of a hard black substance that seems to absorb any light source in the room. A rod of white crystal lies on the floor adjacent to the device. Three other doorways are located centrally in the walls. Two corpses wearing remnants of Shining Path monk robes lie in the center of the room near the device.

Gezzo:
You also notice, out of the corner of your eye, the movement of a tiny object up near the ceiling in the room. It looks like a tiny black cloud, vaguely resembling an orb. It is so dark, it is difficult to determine exactly what the object is. Make a Will save for both Gezzo and Lryhla.
