This is a high level rules light game set in a school for magical kids, kinda a mash-up of Soul Eater, Harry Potter, and X-Men. :)

Ehos stands back from the wolf, assuming it did not continue to (attempt to) savage Jaiye once the sim was ended. His weapon and shield vanish when the sim ends, and so he pulls out the datapad instead, and moves next to Jaiye.

::Well... I definitely need that training we talked about.:: he says, half-jokingly, but serious enough.

::You and me both. I was woefully out of practice.::

"Alright, Sil....this whole challenge was a travesty and we both know it. You either respect me so little or trust your own abilities so little that you decided to cheat from the get-go. And yes, I cheated too. Fair's fair. But with both sides cheating that makes things pretty equal. So you can't say I've gone soft. Or that Ehos isn't willing to fight for me. Now, what do you think the chances are that we can talk without anymore fighting for a while?" she asked warily.

"Security breach? Not another attack I hope?" Vare says, watching her leave for a moment before realizing that he should get up and follow in behind her.

"Hmm? No, not of that nature....it's complicated. But I do believe it's been dealt with."

She turned her attention to the students who had been dueling.
"Now, we have no problems with family members visiting students, but I do expect you to follow some basic rules while you're here," she said to Silinrul. "No attacking people. That goes for your wolf too. Show at least basic respect for those in authority here. You're a guest in our house, so to speak. Exercise courtesy. If you can abide by that, you can stay. Otherwise, you'll be kicked out. It's that simple."

Rena, the Companion wrote:

Rena had grinned at Tryko'Sam's initial arrival, taking in the wonderful scent of the food he had brought, before the conversation mentioned Asha. For a brief horrible moment when Rena glances into the sky, she doesn't spot her yellow-feathered friend, and her heart sinks, Rena imagining that her friend had somehow been stolen away while she wasn't watching - she had people looking for her after all. As Tryko calls up to her, she lets go of Bradley and waves.

Beaming at Tryko'Sam, Rena puts her hands behind her back and pushes her chest out - probably not being intentionally sexy, but damn. "Not at all. I was just telling Bradley how I should show him my true form one day."

Bradley appeared to have acquired another nosebleed.

Tryko'Sam wrote:

Nodding a few times at Rena while discretely looking her chest over, Tryko'Sam then peers up and looks for Asha again.

After a moment of seeing her flying about, he goes to gather up some food and sets about to eat.

Since his mouth is stuffed, he mostly remains quiet, glancing between Bradley, Rena and the back up to Asha.

At one point he adds, "She is pretty damn impressive either shape. The hands and human form are a bit easier on the eyes though."

Shortly after this Asha dives towards the roof at a dangerous speed, shifting into her human form as she fell and tumbling across the roof as she tried to slow down without seriously hurting herself. She eventually rolled over by where the other three were, a bit scraped up and her skirt torn, but otherwise unharmed.

"Landings are hard!" she exclaimed. "Sorry it took me so long...I got caught on an updraft and then...well....I didn't know how to get down! I'd never been properly flying before. There wasn't room inside the tower for more than a few flaps....It's amazing! The feeling of the wind in my feathers and everything looks so small from up there!" Her blue eyes sparkled as she described the joys of flight.

Once Lang and Midori had explained to Ignace that they were supposed to be meeting Hew at the sim rooms to watch while he created a new body for Zilla she agreed to go along with them and the trio soon caught up to the rest of the group playing chess in the SIM room.

There, that should get things back on track, I hope. :)

And more so when you're trying to manage an infirmary staff....there are far too many huggers in this place," she said with a shudder. "I apologize for complaining. I am sure that someone will be named to succeed Bertha soon and then I can go back to working in my own office," she said with considerably more bravado than she was actually feeling.

"I understand completely, and I don't think you're complaining. I... I wouldn't be able to do it either. Phaeze... I think I'll be alright, if you wanna help Nala. She needs it more than I do." The dragon girl says as she takes the nanite treatments.

"Bradley..." Rena helped to tend to him. "It can't be healthy if you're bleeding this often. Are you sure you don't need to be looked at by a priest?" Rena says gently, tending to him in a gentle, caring way before going to eat. At Tryko'Sam's assertion of her impressiveness, she looks over a grins at him. "You're pretty impressive yourself, and easy on the eyes too." she replied without a single ounce of shame... or apparent consideration for the fact that she was practically hanging off another guy right at that moment...

And then Asha makes her dramatic and breakneck entry, and Rena breaks off from Bradley momentarily, moving to attempt to catch or stop the headlong "landing", though Asha seems to manage just fine on her own. "You should've asked for help!" Rena says worriedly, hurrying over to her friend and checking (with her hands, gently) that nothing was overly hurt - broken or otherwise. "I could've guided you in for an easier landing than that, geez. You scared me."

turning to Apolla I 'm sorry my music was not to your liking. I wanted to play something I would have hoped you would like. I guess I was wrong.

not that it is important but I have noticed a skip or change of scene every time Lang attempts something affectionate toward Ignace. not a complaint, just an observation. besides it really does seem to add a little something to their story.

She looked a bit disgruntled at the idea of meeting another firebird. "I...guess....maybe.....I suppose if he's your friend he can't be that bad," she said reluctantly.

Grinning at the zeal displayed by Asha, Tryko'Sam says after a few hearty bites and wipes of his mouth with the back of his hand and some spare napkin things, "Hey-- that's right, you already met the guy, Ardiente? He's pretty cool, as it were. Nothing like your folks, I'm sure. Purple streak in his hair and shit. Might not hurt."

Grinning, he continues to chew though and after a few adds, "Man, this really is good stuff."

Rena continues smiling and beckons Bradley over, sitting down and taking some of the 'finger-licking-good' barbeque that Tryko'Sam had brought, her mouth salivating at the thought. She mows down on the saucy meat. She's not getting nearly as sauced up as that night in town in her serpent form, but she's defintely not a tidy eater, and going to need many napkins before this is over.

"Cash... cash is money Asha. The school provides alot of things for us, but if we go to town to get things, like food, we have to buy it. You earn money by working." She manages a brief summary of the concept of currency between bites and chewing and swallowing. Not much sense of propriety either, speaking with her mouth full and all.

Female Human Teenager

While Vai is away, it's clear that Anahita has nothing to contribute in the way of socializing with whomever is seated near or standing about the table she was at initially before being joined.

In fact, if anyone were paying attention, she's slowly seemed to have gone through various expressions and displays of emotions, nothing negative, while seated there, looking off as if beholding something in her mind's eye, in the distance.

At one point, she giggles playfully with delight, seemingly happy as can be, then after a few moments, a look of disappointment, and mild sadness, which follows with a faint smile and a few nods, again, to a non-present individual.

It's quite possible to anyone watching, she's hallucinating.

Or do you think we should give Hew more attention. he is working to make Zilla a new body and we don't want anything to happen to him again.

Lang looks to the others to hear what they have to say. he seems to indicate he has great value of everyone's opinions right now.
