Slipknot Peet had +2 studded leather armor, +1 keen rapier, masterwork punching dagger, belt pouch with a pink crystal frog worth 350 gp, golden death's head amulet worth 150 gp, seven jeweled silver and gold bracelets worth a total of 1,000 gp, platinum hoop earring worth 300 gp, 35 gp, 2 potions of cure moderate wounds and two flasks of alchemist's fire.
The five pirates each had studded leather armor, a scimitar and a light wooden shield.
There was no treasure you were able to recover from the Sea Wyvern.
Through lots of nagging (combined with outright bribery), I've updated parts of the treasure sheet.

Awesome. The good news is that we should have a ship-ton loot to sell.
Yeah, I think that's one of the things they realized with this AP (which was one of the very early ones): Not having anywhere to handle loot is problematic. They did suggest trying to tailor some stuff -- and I certainly tried -- but you lot also used some odd weapons (Aldori dueling sword, chakram) that made me feel like it'd seem awfully contrived to have it just appear in a random treasure hoard.
I'm tempted by the +1 keen rapier (possible dual-wielding with case of rapiers, oooooh) and I will also take the alchemist's fire and the +2 studded leather, please.
You could probably talk your church into exchanging one holy relic for another one that's almost identical except slightly smaller.

Huh. My Dungeon magazine has disappeared. I can't figure out where the heck it could have gone! Granted, we're almost done and I mostly know the rest of the adventure, but I'm still really irritated...
Hey guys, this fight is meant to have a few more components, but I get the sense people are getting sick of it. Should I just skip past some of it to the climax? On one hand, using up resources make fights more exciting, on the other fights take forever in PBP.
I keep going back and forth on which way to handle it...
It depends. A good combat needs to either be interesting or pushing the plot forward. If the main reason for a fight is to use up resources then or dropping xp/loot then it's not worth it.
A good example of a throw away encounter is...
... the entire Owlbear cave. We went into the lair of a massive owlbear only to find it inhabited with a Shambling Mound, a few mushroom people and I think some spiders? The only monster that needed to be inside was the Owlbear. I got the impression that the rest was put in there to boost our xp and to expend our resources before confronting the Owlbear.
With that said I don't mind the current fights, but if they're just there to whittle away on our resources my opinion is that they can be safely skipped.
