Update: I did retry, and I got charged and got access to the per-chapter PDF as Unseen Librarian did, though I didn't get a confirmation email. Retry it, wait a bit and check your library!
Update: Tried again (deleted and re-entered card, then hit "retry" on subscription page), and the charge went through! Only getting the per-chapter version of GA as well (and the Lost Omens book is nowhere to be seen), but hey, progress.
Just did a retry. order went thru but I can only access the galactic ancestry book chapter by chapter in my library. hopefully this can be sorted out before the end of the day.

I clicked on retry and the payment went through.
Pdfs that I got:
Dark Archive (Pocket Edition) : yes
Lost Omens: no
Monster Core 2 : yes
Galactric Ancestries: Only the File per Chaper download, Single-File is missing.
My subscription was just processed, but the downloads look just the same: Lost Omens missing so far, and Galactic Ancestries only as file-per-chapter.

I did not file a ticket but my order just now went through with both my subs on it. That being said, my downloads page only has the Galactic Ancestries in file-per-chapter format, and the Lost Omens book is missing.
I got my order confirmation this night, so seems things are fixed, at least on my part. Thank you!
My order was generated and the problem seems almost solved, but no sin of hellfire dispatches pdf and I have only the Galactic Ancestries file per chapter pdf in my library.
Hm, yeah, the Hellfire Dispatches PDF is missing and I also only got the file per chapter PDF for Galactic Ancestries, same as Daniel above me.
I hope for a swift fix!
My order is gone, so according to the email I now have to wait for CS to fix it. Really wish they would have communicated that or disabled subscriptions while they fixed it if that's the way their system is set up.
Same for me - hopefully, they can get to it soon. :)

Im hoping this can be fixed, this new site seems like it's had all sorts of technical issues which makes me more reluctant to buy stuff ngl
I ended up reaching out to CS and they added the PDFs to my account within an hour of my email. Maybe worth it for folks to shoot them an email.
Still no joy for me after emailing CS? I have to assume they're swamped rn.
here's hoping for the PDF situation being resolved tomorrow.
Tried to click on "Retry" but still got the same error, and order disappeared. Emailed to CS again, waiting for reasponse.

Just got my PDF. Hope everyone else can get theirs before the end of the week.
Still haven't got mine. Been camping and refreshing my Library page for the past few days, but no luck so far.
Eagerly awaiting my PDF ;-;

I think CS is just absolutely slammed. Try being as patient as you can and just give em little follow ups, hopefully they can help ya'll soon. CS was able to unlock my PDF(s) yesterday.

Hey folks! If you have not yet received your PDFs and you have not already contacted Customer Service, please shoot an email to customer.service@paizo.com! The automatic re-runs for subscriptions have completed, and we know there are people who got missed by the computer system. If you have already contacted Customer Service, you're in the queue!
Customer Service is working diligently through their tickets and granting PDFs to affected customers, but due to volume, their response times are slower than usual.
