The download for Murder in Metal City seems to missing a key component. I have pdf's for GM Tracker, Item Cards, Maps, NPC Cards, Player Handouts, PreGens, Tokens, but no adventure! I'm so eager to get into some of this new Starfinder 2E goodness!

Did this get fixed?

Subscription is in place, which is great, but it may be misconfigured. The email I got for pre-shipment doesn't have the "Will be added to your downloads once shipped". When that has happened before I've had to contact Customer Support to get it manually added. Perhaps someone can look into that so there isn't a flood of requests?

Might want to link this product page to the book pages as well, it can be kind of tricky to find this. It doesn't show up under the expected categories in the website navigation.

To follow up on my earlier comment about the first section, my group finished the second adventure in 4 3-hour sessions (last session was only about an hour of play, then wrap-up).
I've scheduled the last adventure (Of Blood and Faith) for 9 four hour sessions based upon the content. Higher level play just takes longer, and it has players starting at level 18, playing the third segment as level 20 characters. Might end up taking less, but probably not more.

PDF has this awarding only one reputation on success - that's atypical for a Series 2 quest.

Two are flip-tiles, probably overlaid on the maps (and they'll be included in the download if history is any guide).

Still a lot of maps, and being a 9-12 probably means they've got a lot of things to cram into a session.

Is it Sheerleaf or Shearleaf? Filename uses the latter (and is present in the file in a couple of spots), but the title elsewhere seems to be the former.

The third sample in the listing is the map that's included in the Shining Kingdoms Special Edition.

One thing y'all missed is that this isn't included in the Special Edition version of the subscription. Kind of sad that I'd have to buy it twice to get the PDF version because I subscribe to the Special Edition version of Lost Omens vs the regular version.

Do you know when those will be added to our accounts? Mine shipped on the 22nd and while the other titles were added to my online files, TV was not.

While they did very well on the chase, it's also super confusing because the scaling encounter for it says to add additional enemies, and it's not a fight? I ended up ignoring the Challenge Point scaling and running it as written.

The Foundry module did fix this, although I didn't see it noted where the Foundry module adjustments were to be noted. It scales there as a chase usually does, increasing the DCs or Chase Points per obstacle. Basically the same specs per challenge point band as low tier.

One more thing I noticed: The makro in the Premium Module, that is supposed to reveal the chase cards, just shows a broken link icon. It seems to be missing.
A friend, who is using the same game for all of season 6, doesn't have that symbol, but the chase cards in the macro have completely different names - that suggests, that the link is to a macro from another scenario.

I've got the same question about #1, #2 you'll probably need to be a little direct with the players about their goals (to make friends and influence people). #3 is addressed in the scenario: the ritual effects occur once each time they enter a new room and after they complete a ten minute activity, like treating wounds or searching a room (page 14). #4 I'm planning on using the leopards like Edge Points from the Infiltration subsystem - they can use it to turn a fail/crit fail into a success. I've also got nothing for what happens if they fail other than they would ostensibly be buried by the

It showed up in the redeem code section and allowed clicking on 1 2 and 3 there after I entered my code.

I was just wondering the context. Is this off of an adventure (which one?) A new iconic? Of just a cool fluffy picture?

Not sure where else that image is used, but it definitely is in the recent Claws of the Tyrant adventure. It appears to be the 1E Magus Iconic: Seltyiel, but that could be a reach. Goblin in the back might be Fumbus (Iconic Alchemist).

Just got my shipping notification - unfortunately it seems they didn't update the process with the new special edition subscription; no PDF was granted for this version. This has happened before and CS is pretty quick to fix, so fingers crossed I get to read the PDF this weekend!

My group has (almost) finished the first half of the first adventure - it took two three hour sessions. Planning on the rest taking another two three hour sessions (but have a third scheduled just in case). We are playing virtually, on Foundry.

Awesome! Let's get a subscription for the Special Editions in place, though, please!

is it the starfinder 2e beginner box?

They very specifically said that it is not. This Deluxe Adventure will not include a condensed ruleset, you will need Player Core to run it. It will contain all of the enemy statblocks (because Alien Core comes out later). Thurston Hillman did mention that a Beginner Box was a good idea, though, so we might see one later on.

Cover for this scenario has tags for Metaplot (Immortal Influence), Grand Archive, and Vigilant Seal, but those tags aren't present here on the product page. Should they be ignored on the PDF? For what it's worth there aren't any faction specific missions in the adventure, though the reporting website asks for the results of extra missions for both.

Quick run one more before you submit the form.

Do you play as the elemental bat things?

Nope, that would be neat, but this is just for standard society characters. Playing as pre-gens like that is more of a Free-RPG day kind of thing, I think.

It is just how they want the encounter agents arranged. The C is the individual the H represents the mooks (letter is from the higher tier) and the number of the H is the order in which they are added as the CP warrants.

Did anyone get a digital copy in lieu of the delayed special edition?

Usually, when they do stuff like this, they unlock the PDFs around street date. So next week, on the 20th or 21st in this case? But they have not confirmed any date for it.

While that is the worst interpretation of the written text, it does seem to be accurate, as still no digital copy issued. Guess I'll wait until I could have purchased a cheap copy instead of a premium one.

Folks are definitely getting their PDFs for the standard edition, will SE subscribers get their copies when all the standard editions are shipped (if that hasn't happened yet)?

First run of Q21 was about 1.5 hours (on VTT, so YMMV). They did manage to skip an encounter, so I can see 2 hours being the average.

It can be a lot, for sure, creating a Warhorn account, RPG Chronicles, signing up for new Discord servers and navigating those, not to mention Forge accounts and Foundry characters, character builders, character importers. And that's just Foundry, there are other VTTs as well. It definitely seems overwhelming at first.
I would say find a GM (or an experienced player) willing to help you out. I've helped many players with those steps and the nice thing is that for the most part, once you do it once, you're done (and/or it makes more sense for the next time). It definitely seems like a lot but I can get you from not even having a Paizo ID to being Foundry-ready in an hour, tops.
It definitely is a leap but there are folks out there willing to help.
