I'm not sure reviews voting is working as intended.

I'm logged in to the store. I can vote, reload the page, and vote again, and the counter keeps moving up. I hope this is protected from automation, but it still seems to make voting on reviews pointless if ill-intentioned actors can put dozens of votes on any review.

I am no longer encountering this error, so good.

Ah. It appears I can vote once a day on each review. As many days as I want, even while logged in. So you can't spam it, but you can vote multiple times.

I still think this makes votes on reviews useless.

I don’t see it noted anywhere else, so sticking it here: the digital
Edition of Hellfire Dispatches does not appear to be on the store.

There doesn't seem to be a digital edition of Starfinder Galactic Ancestries in the store either

I encountered a "Server Error - Something went wrong... Please try again later" when I tried to log in to my store account.

I've tried refreshing the page and waiting a few minutes, but the issue persists.

After multiple failed login attempts, things got even worse. Dear Paizo, I've run into some issues. I'm currently unable to log into my store account. I have my username and password saved in my browser, but your system is telling me they're incorrect. When I try to recover my password, it tells me there's a problem with my account or that an internal error has occurred. Please help me resolve this issue. I've already contacted customer service and was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same situation as me.

Orders still aren't being updated to a completed status after they are received, even after weeks. I've had three orders delivered at the end of April/beginning of May and this morning they were still only at the shipped status despite me having received them weeks ago.

It's getting frustrating to have to regularly email customer service to have my orders manually marked as completed so I can get gold added into my account.

The remastered Dark Archive book contains a direct reference to the bonus adventure that was included alongside the original release as something like an ARG, but the link in the book gives "Access Denied" errors. The original link I had still works, but I'm curious if that short adventure might have been remastered as well (as minor as any changes likely would have been).

The store keeps sending me the same expired coupon code. I used the original code for a purchase, but it seems that is not taken into account when I put new items into the shopping cart.

Selected multiple products (across a few page results in library) and it did not actually download all of them, even though it correctly showed the number of selected products at the top in the "Save" button.
Occasionally when going to a specific page of results (page 2 of 3 for example) or just proceeding to the next page of results for my library it says 0 results
Occasionally you search for the title of a book it says 0 results.
Occasionally you clear the search field and hit search to unfilter it says 0 results

I say occasionally because it didn't work earlier today but I got back on later without having relogged in or relaunched browser and now it is properly filtering.
Nope, 10 minutes later it's having problems again with the search.

What is going on with the digital issues of every book that comes out? They used to just go live at midnight but now every time they just don’t exist for hours what’s going on?

Hellbreakers VTT version doesn't show up in thumbnails even though there is a VTT version.

Add an item to the cart (I tested with pathfinder and starfinder subscriptions). A cart popup will come up. Click the "See Product Schedule" link. This leads to a 404 page.

FYI for anyone else interested in this, remastered files were uploaded to the Dark Archive store page as referenced in this thread.

I am looking for the Starfinder Flip Mat "Player Starship", it does not appear in the store, even though items being released after it appear.

In the "Paizo Remembers Howard Andrew Jones" blog
https://paizo.com/blog/paizo-remembers-howard-andrew-jones
there is a link for his short story "Bells for Dead", however when that link is clicked it just goes to the main Paizo store page.

From the new library, I try to Sort by Last Updated or sort by Last Downloaded, and the ordering for both intermix items without dates with items with dates (sort by Last Updated shows me "null, 1/5/2026, null, null, null, 12/24/2025, 1/5/2026"), so it is not sorting correctly. The only ones that seem to sort as I'd expect are Added to Downloads and Name. I can't even begin to decipher what Last Updated or Last Downloaded are trying to sort by.

This makes it very difficult to figure out what I have or haven't downloaded since everything is paginated now, and also makes it difficult to find items that have been updated, compounded by the lack of email notification when that does happen.

I tried searching the forum for reported issues on this and cannot find anything. Additionally, the link in the original post for Known Issues seems to redirect to nowhere.

When I search for Player Starship, it's my first search result in the store. This is a November release. Let me know if I missed something.

FWIW I just tried that on my iPhone and it showed up as the first result just like you said.

Dark Archive

Okay so tried to leave a review and the website is not letting me do it instead seems to be something mentioning called customer testimonials covering all paizo reviews (Tried on both chrome and Firefox)

Dark Archive

Also from what I can tell other people are still able to leave reviews (Assuming dates on ones I can see are correct.)

Grand Lodge

I can’t even find the reviews of the product I’m looking at. Just reviews of other products.

Horizon Hunters

A bunch of "Test" files have been added to my Library, looks like they are variants of the Draconic Codex (which for some reason looks to have been recently added to my library, despite me getting it at release with my subscription).

Oh and looks like sorting by "Last Updated" doesn't work. Seems to show files in some order I can't identify, but definitely not in the order of their Last Updated date.

I remember reporting this issue last year shortly after the launch of the new store, sounds like it hasn't been fixed but it at least isn't a new bug.

Also seems like another issue I reported last year is still hanging around... after checking out with a PDF, on the checkout complete screen it says you can use the download links 'on this page or in the email' (paraphrasing what I saw when checking out Impossible Magic a couple days ago), but the download links aren't in either place. That text should probably be changed to direct people to the Digital Library screen. Not really a problem for folks who know how the site works, but definitely confusing language for newcomers to the site/game.

A post in another thread where somebody was commenting about the new store being difficult to navigate made me dig into this, but it would've been too big a tangent for that thread so I'm putting this here instead:

In the new(ish) store, the text search does work (and generally works well), but that's really only an option if you know what you're searching for - trying to navigate by category feels like such a challenge, and I can't imagine trying to get a sense of what's available if I was new to Pathfinder. One current example, but I encounter stuff like this almost every time I try to navigate the store:

Secrets of the Unlit Star is in the "New to Roleplaying" parent category. Now, say that I land on this page, and I'm looking for the PDF version of the release. Many books (though far from all) have a link in the item description that leads to page where you can purchase the PDF. In cases where there isn't such a link (like here), the typical solution that I use is to click the breadcrumb navigation at the top left to go the product's parent category, and then click the "Digital Editions" link in the sidebar, and then find the product again among the many listings of the PDF versions of products in that category (this is too many clicks, but for many products is at least a reasonably reliable way to get to the PDF version). But here, I can't do that, because the parent category for this product is listed as "New to Roleplaying", and the New to Roleplaying category page doesn't include a link to digital editions. So neither of the methods which I've learned from other products work for me to find a PDF version work for this product. (Note: Your breadcrumb display may be different if you navigated to the page via the "Rulebooks" parent category, but if you go to the page via a direct link in a fresh private browsing window, "New to Roleplaying" appears to be what gets used as the default breadcrumb)

Now, there IS a "Related Products" section beneath the product description (if you scroll down below the fold, about halfway down the page on my laptop browser), and at the time of this writing that area DOES include a link to the PDF version. (I personally have learned over the years to largely tune out "Related Products" sections of websites because most sites just have autogenerated contents in them that aren't actually related to what I'm looking for, but I'm sure some folks would still find the PDF version through this if they scroll down far enough). And hey, there's also a link in that section to the Foundry version of the Beginner Box... but of the original 2E Remastered Beginner Box, not the Secrets of the Unlit Star beginner box. Indeed, looking at this product page, I would have no way at all to know that there is indeed a Foundry version of the adventure available, but as part of a product with a different name, "Secrets of Grayce".

As for the rest of the "Related Products" on this page, Secrets of Magic seems rather out of place (just because 'Secrets' is in the name of both doesn't make them related; incongruent stuff like this is why folks like me have learned not to bother looking at "Related Products" sections on most web stores, since this is not useful information), and neither here nor anywhere else on the page is the actually-related product of Troubles in Grayce, the direct followup adventure to this product, mentioned.

So if I was new to the game, exploring the latest beginner box product on the publisher's store, I'd have no idea from this page about the Foundry module or the sequel adventure, and likely also wouldn't see that there's a PDF available. And sure, I also might not know what I was missing so likely wouldn't necessarily be bothered by that, but it just feels to me like the store isn't really showcasing things in a productive way in situations like this, and I have to imagine that that impacts sales as well as the onboarding process for new players. How many more of the followup module or the Foundry page or the PDF version would have sold if they were easier for people to find out that they existed?

The Starfinder Tech Core book is currently and has been defaulting to the Pocket Edition and its price of 29.99 instead of the regular hardcover version and price of 69.99 in the category listings for Starfinder: Coming Soon and for Starfinder: Rulebooks on the store. So unless you then go into the product page itself and then click on the hardcover box to switch and see its effectively real price, it makes it seem like the book is just waaaay cheaper than any other rulebook in the line as the default standard pricing since nothing in the catagory view indicates you're looking at the pocket edition (cheapest) pricing
