I'd much rather Inspire than cast two action spell plus Fake out for a consistent +2 circ bonus from 60ft away as you recommend with the gauntlet bow.Yes, as Fake Out does not target AC you should have good results with it even without martial scaling.
Slingers Readiness is also a nice feat for a caster, for example to get Ten Paces: +2 to initiative and a free action 10 ft step
Interesting, I noticed it's only on the round of initiative. The ten foot movement on the opening round does it do much? I see some value in the +2 initiative.

Aid isn't very useful. In combat if you don't have a good use for your three actions and a reaction then your likely only going to give a +1 or +2 anyhow. Aiding a skill means your bad at that skill, otherwise you'd be the one doing the check, so giving a small bonus.
The use cases for aid are few and far between, it's a nice little +1 or +2 but the cost is rarely worth the investment. That's why one for all is so great, action cost is perfect and you can give up to a +4 on anything.
Aid boils down to if your good at the action in question then you would do it, if your not good at it, then the bonus you give is rarely worth the action cost compared to most other things you could do. If you build a character that's good at aiding then you increase the situations that it's useful for, but it's never going to be something you rely on often.
Ya it sounds pretty decent, just terrible for my situation being a Bard. Seems Fake Out is better in this case. Much rather use my action for something else.

If you are playing as a bard you can use Uplifting Overture instead as well pointed by Tridus. That will do basically the same that One For All does but using your Perfomance instead but it's a composition cantrip (you can only execute one per round by default) and limited to skills. So is more useful out of combat to provide an Aid for skill checks once that in an encounter it's better to use Courageous Anthem to give an +1 status to all allies attack rolls yet still useful if you want to help an ally to use athletics to Trip, Grab or Disarm once these actions aren't attack rolls (they are skill checks with attack trait but not attack rolls).

F&~! One For All.
I hate that god damn feat.
Character ends up going "you can di it!" for every god damn thing the entire party does. No one can just do their thing without another player chiming in with "I rolled over a 25, you get a +2/3/4!".
Since it costs nothing it's every. Single. F@%@ing. Roll. No one gets a solo moment to shine because someone decided having a cheerleader feat was a good idea. Except the cheerleader of course, because they can't Aid themselves.
Holy hell I wish that feat had never been printed.
Even without my personal vehement hatred of the RP aspect it also makes it too consistent easily getting a huge bonus.

I imagine "You can do it!" in a Rob Schneider voice.
You are right. It is a bit goofy for a non-magical feat. I played a halfling bard and getting a crit was super easy after the early levels. I did a song and a boost to provide someone with a +3 bonus or more once per round with my reaction at range. Then I shot my bow since that took two actions until the level 18 or if I Lingering Composition to extend Courageous Anthem a few rounds for no action cost.
It was real, real effective to boost up a barb or fighter for better chances of critting.
