Will there be a way to access the Werecreature archetype in society play?

There isn't now. If some scenario or other adventure grants Access to the archetype as a boon, we'll know when we see it, but probably not before.

Given the relative "desirability," for lack of a better word, of such an archetype combined with its in universe rarity, I would guess that if an access boon is ever released, it will most likely to be a reward for a special or a high level scenario that serves as the finale of a story arc.

I'd personally guess it would be a charity boon. Likely to fetch a fairly high price and definitely satisfies the rarity/desirability issue

I'm hoping for the scenario reward - because then we get a cool werecreature origin story - but guessing that we will see it as the Charity boon.
