Me: B****hole? Oh, is Bhole
Under the table of big and little creature in combat, it said
* These values are typical for creatures of the indicated size. Some exceptions exist.

They are also hundreds of feet long. The description states few have ever seen one from head to tail. That means they are at minimum 200 feet long and could exceed 1,000 feet long. An 8-foot rattle snake can strike from about 5 feet away. Using that as a basis a 200-foot rattle snake would be able to strike somewhere between 66.7 to 133.3 feet away. If anything, the reach of the Bhole is understated.

Well, that's human physiology. A worm's entire body has long muscle-type fibers along it, like a snail or slug might. They don't really have joint or hinge points.

the bhole CR:17 where the Reach is 60 ft. The Dhole/Bhole is a creature from "Through the Gates of the Silver Key" and The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath. In some later editions "dholes" becomes "bholes". It's been speculated that they might be the same as the "Dôls" mentioned in Arthur Machen's "The White People".
Colossal sized creatures have a natural reach usually 20-30ft which became 30ft after the "squaring".
As there's no Special Qualities/Attacks or Feats that impact Reach, we have to conclude the Bestiary 4 designers felt that the extra reach enforced the awesome insane horror that these occult creatures represent.
