What happens to the downtime field commission abilities on my legacy character after the Remaster?

What happens to all the stuff I crafted using the additional days previously? Do I need to give it all back?

Nothing happens to them if you don't use the remaster rebuild.
The remaster Blog

You're still field commissioned, and you still get to keep your extra 50% downtime. If you use the remaster rebuild you got, however, you lose the field commissioned status as you can't keep the pathfinder training if you use the remaster rebuild. However, it doesn't affect anything you've crafted or earned previously, you get to keep it all.

IF you do use the rebuild, you have three options regarding your equipment: You don't have to do anything about it, or you can sell your any and/or all equipment back at purchase price, and then use that gold to buy different equipment. Thirdly, if you don't want the hassle of counting every single penny, you can just toss everything your character had, and reset their gold according to this table: gold by level in PFS.

If you don't rebuild, field commission agents do get the new consumables. Pregrens also get them
