Per the above, I've searched online and cannot locate any rules or threads to this.
I'm going to play a brawler, with 1 level as an enthusiast cleric, so no armor. Planning on wearing a thong or nude, and am considering always being coated in baby oil, or base petrolium jelly of sorts.
Does anyone have any pointers to any rules that may cover this, for any pro's / con's?
And I've also general searched online outside of paizo as well... to no avail.

If you are just looking for the oiled effect, Alchemical Grease is probably what you are looking for.

If you are just looking for the oiled effect, Alchemical Grease is probably what you are looking for. That's perfect! Thank you, just the effect I was looking for. This will make my wrestler brawler one hell-uva greased piggy!

Weird. Your OP suggests Brawler ?/Cleric 1, no mention of Oracle 5. Also how would being oiled and clothing optional help with Grappling, mechanically? Are you saying you want a PC to wait minimum 7 levels for Swallow Whole, all the while relying on spells and Brawler class ability to provide AC? I'm dumbfounded, not by the PC's lubrication or susceptibility to catching cold, but to how they'll be succeeding in combat.
Sounds like he wants to grapple people, then swallow them whole. he's hoping that the grease will help prevent opponents from reversing the grapple. The thing is, and character optimized for grappling, will absolutely dominate anyone who is not, so he really doesn't need the added help.

if you want a bonus, you have to search AoN for RAW items looking for various terms, like "grapple". Alchemical Items are the basics or potions and wand for spell-in-a-can fun. An example from the search is Equipment - Ooze Grease.
the Advice forum Advice on Grappler is what you want for doing a specific build or min-maxing your grappling.

I'm not solo but in a group, so as we already have a healer onboard, I'll be the one that ties one or two up. And the campaign I'm in is more roleplay, not how much damage can I do per round to be a complete unit of a maximized beast.
Further, the feat Throat Slicer, is a coup-de-gras attack on a 'pinned' opponent. The grease will help me maintain as they will have a harder time to escape before the throat slice.
