Did anyone else notice that in the red shift revolution art from the competitors section they have drawn the Worlanisi as being incredibly tall?

They could be Astrazoans that didn't get a good look at the scale of Worlanisi.

Does Paizo ever issue errata for images?

Another explanation could be if they were born on Akiton, which has low gravity, compared to Worlan, which has high gravity.

Nothing is funnier than the 800% times actual size starknife illustration in Drift Crashers 2. I'm impressed that no one at Paizo had a stroke when they got that image turned in and realized they had to use it.

That's the great thing about the Drift Crisis. It can be used to explain anything. If the drift crash can cause two ships to merge, it surely can make a starknife grow to that size.

Or maybe the person in the image uses that starknife with a mech.

They did 1 errata for art of a kasatha without a mask.

Perhaps not a print Errata, but there was a 'picture' of the Lorespire on Absalom Station with Golarion floating in the background, with ships coming and going that was used in a blog post.

A new image popped up after a relatively short time with the world gone. But that was just a blog post/image.

Typically, when something is off about a species, the in universe 'explanation' ends up being that it was an Astrazoan's misinterpretation.

Now we just need a creature that can shape change into a test to explain all the text errata. The Astrotypen?

You can't issue "errata" for art; either it needs to be retouched (which costs real time and money), or you live with it and, maybe, if the subject appears again later, quietly update the subject's depiction with new art in later products. Mistakes happen.
