it states:

Anathema harm another out of envy, force aid on those who do not want it, inflict harmful mental effects on others as punishment

Then it has Delirium as a domain and one of the spells it has is Hallucination. Uhh, would I not be able to use spells like Hallucination and Ephemeral Hazards if he is my deity?

That doesn't say "inflict harmful mental effects for any reason". So the question is "what are you using those spells for?"

To deal damage to my enemy with Ephemeral Hazards. Ie. Creating a bed of spikes for them to walk over.

That's HOW you're doing it, but that's not the question. The question is WHY are you doing it.

So, you have to state why you want to deal damage to them and as long as that reason isn't PUNISHMENT then you are good.
