I remember seeing a spell or ability somewhere that linked the life pools of different characters and allowed them to share damage and healing between eachother.
Our DM is having us do a "Last Stand" one-shot as level 12s, and I thought it would be neat to play a character with access to the above ability. We have access to 3.0-PF1e and SoP/SoM.

Probably thinking of Life Link... it's a Revelation available to Oracles with the Life Mystery.

There's also the Vitalist with the Soulthief Method... abusing Transfer Wounds. I think the trick revolves around the Knack called Siphon, and possibly taking Expanded Knowledge to gain Hammer. I'm not linking any of these because they are on the D20 website, not AoN... but it is another Method of sharing life with the party.

At level 12, a Life Oracle can be linked to 12 creatures... any time any of the linked creatures take over 5 points of damage, they are immediately healed 5 points, and you take 5 points of damage. It's a good ability, and doesn't take a whole lot to use effectively.
At level 12, a Soulthief Vitalist can have 6 creatures in their collective... or a number of creatures equal to their Wisdom modifier if it is higher. Regardless, the Vitalist has a number of tools like Collective Healing, Soulthief's Touch/Transfer Wounds, and Steal Health that allow them to pretty freely swap/trade healing throughout the collective... including giving one creature's Fast Healing to a different creature, dealing damage to an enemy and healing the collective an equal amount... the whole class is a bag of tricks specifically designed for exactly this.
Now, which of these fits your adventure is up to you. The Oracle is 3/4 BAB, can be played like a battle Cleric or Druid, and you probably have more options/versatility available. The Vitalist is 1/2 BAB, so it plays more like full caster... but way different. Lol. Vitalist can be used as a one-level dip for a pretty epic Half-Giant Psychic Warrior if you really want to use those shenanigans on a 3/4 BAB chassis... use a Psicrystal Staff or Warblade to channel Hammer like a Magi's Spellstrike... spam Hammer and Vigor, over and over and over, again.

Shield otherlets you take half the damage from someone else.
Sacred bond allows two creatures to cast touch range healing spells on each other at close range.
I’m personally fond of Healing Token, which lets the targets spend a standard to allow the caster to heal (including channeling) as an immediate action.
The spell closest to what you are asking for may be life pact. But it’s not really that useful.

There is an artifact in an adventure that like people life pools together. The effect last an year, but the artifact is huge.
