I am thinking of putting these both on my magus' scimitar.
Could I expend both the stored spell and the dispel magic at the same time with one hit? Hit it with a force punch stored, a dispel magic stored to take away some buff, and also lay in some other spell with spell strike/spell combat.
Awesome nova strike.
Even if not, I might still do it. Just wondering.

Seems legal. The spell store enchantment can be used as a free action. Since dispelling says its like spell store, I think its safe to say that it too can be used as a free action. There is no hard limit on free actions, so I think they could be used in the same attack. Though, you might want to pass it by your GM before you try it, to see if they will allow it.

[PFS Legal] Dispelling
Source Ultimate Equipment pg. 140
Aura strong abjuration CL 10th
Slot weapon quality; Price +1 bonus; Weight —
Description
A dispelling weapon functions like a spell storing weapon, but it may only store dispel magic; however, the caster level check to dispel gains an additional bonus equal to the weapon’s enhancement bonus. This bonus also applies to a magus’s dispelling strike arcana or a barbarian’s spell sunder or sunder enchantment combat maneuver check.
Spell Storing
Source Ultimate Equipment pg. 148, PRPG Core Rulebook pg. 469
Aura strong evocation and varies CL 12th
Slot weapon quality; Price +1 bonus; Weight —
Description
A spell storing weapon allows a spellcaster to store a single targeted spell of up to 3rd level in the weapon.
Weapons cannot possess the same special ability more than once.
I don't think you can have Spell Storing and Dispelling in the same weapon as they are essentially the same ability, simply one has extra benefits and a drawback (storing only Dispel Magic).

Please note it isn't clear what caster level you use for spells cast through these enchants (see this thread).
You'll have to check with your GM as to how they work in your particular game.

both enhancements(special qualities) can be put on the same weapon assuming your GM agrees and you can pay for it.
No, things are sequential (not simultaneous) in the Game. You cannot activate both abilities at the same time. You *could* do both in the same round but the GM is the final arbiter and clearly the spell effects are coming from the same (physical) source (so there's some doubt). The GM *should* inform you when the magical enhancement of the weapon is performed how the weapon will function. If your PC is enhancing the weapon you need to make a successful skill check to see how the weapon will function.

commentary - see post above
For Spell Storing the actual spell level and DC coming out are somewhat in doubt (GM & game dependent). Standard PF1 operation has them coming out at minimal level and DC (OrgPlay does this). Some GMs rely on conservation and have it come out at the caster level and DC it went in (particularly if the user IS the caster). Purchased NPC cast spells are at the minimums. >>> So talk with your GM to see which way they will go.
