So IMO 3.5 modules don't need "conversions to pathfinder, as they are virtually the same system. From my experience, all 3.0 and 3.5 items can be run as is, with only a few skill checks needing to be made differently, and those can be worked out on the fly. pretty much everything else, will work as is.

We actually started a campaign in 3.5 and then switched to Pathfinder part-way through. That made things a little complicated because of already having characters built to 3.5, but we were able to make it work pretty easily.
We had to do this because I was taking the party through a series of Adventure-A-Week modules, and after the first few (available in both 3.5 and Pathfinder for FantasyGrounds [we've been virtual since 2001]) they were suddenly only available for Pathfinder...so we decided to go ahead and make the switch.

Shackled City - Set it somewhere in Garund, perhaps near Sargava, or the Sodden Lands.
Age of Worms - Works in the Varisia, although I think someone on the forums had an idea of how to set it in Cheliax, I think there's a thread in that subforum.
Savage Tide - Again start somewhere at the coast of Garund. Isle of Dread should be somewhere West of the Shackles.

I should have been more precise: I don't need a rules conversion, but a setting conversion. How can I set those adventures in Golarion?
There are a few discussions on that topic in the forums. You just have to do a search and decide which ones make the most sense to you.
Nobody did anything in great detail that I'm aware of, but there were some good ideas.
